Abstract

Latar Belakang : Kanker serviks (cervical cancer) merupakan jenis tumor ganas yang mengenai lapisan permukaan (epitel) dari leher rahim atau mulut rahim. WHO menyatakan bahwa kanker serviks menjadi urutan ke empat penyebab kematian pada wanita di seluruh dunia, diperkiraan 570.000 kasus baru pada 2018 atau 6,6% dari semua kanker pada wanita. Cakupan deteksi dini terhadap kejadian kanker masih berada pada posisi kurang dari 5% tahun 2017 sehingga banyak ditemukan kasus kanker leher rahim yang sudah memasuki stadium lanjut di Indonesia. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan tentang kanker serviks sehingga angka kejadian kanker serviks meningkat setiap tahunnya.
Tujuan Literature Review : Untuk mengetahui Pengetahuan Tentang Pemeriksaan Kanker Serviks Pada Wanita di Indonesia.
Metode Literature Review : Hasil penelusuran artikel melalaui database Google Cendekia (Google Scholar) didapatkan 30 jurnal penelitian dari Google Scholar dan terdapat 4 jenis penelitian yang diidentifikasi.
Hasil dan Analisis : Diketahui karakteristik yang diharapkan dari Pengetahuan tentang pemeriksaan kanker serviks adalah yang berusia <30 tahun, tingkat pendidikan dasar, menengah, atas, dan tidak bekerja atau bekerja. Populasi seluruh penelitian berjumlah sebanyak 426 orang. Hasilnya sebagian besar pengetahuan kanker serviks dalam kategori kurang. Pengetahuan yang baik diharapkan dapat memunculkan kesadaran untuk dapat melakukan pemeriksaan dini kanker serviks. Kesimpulan : Hasil dari pengetahuan pemeriksaan kanker serviks menunjukkan adanya pengetahuan pada wanita berdasarkan faktor usia, tingkat pendidikan, dan pekerjaan.

Background: Cervical cancer is a type of malignant tumor that affects the surface layer (epithelium) of the cervix or cervix. WHO states that cervical cancer is the fourth leading cause of death in women worldwide, with an estimated 570,000 new cases in 2018 or 6.6% of all cancers in women. The coverage of early detection of cancer incidence is still at a position of less than 5% in 2017 so that there are many cases of cervical cancer that have entered an advanced stage in Indonesia. This is caused by a lack of knowledge about cervical cancer so that the incidence of cervical cancer increases every year.
Purpose of Literature Review: To find out knowledge about cervical cancer screening in women in Indonesia.
Literature Review Method: The results of searching articles through the Google Scholar database (Google Scholar) obtained 30 research journals from Google Scholar and there were 4 types of research identified.
Results and Analysis: It is known that the expected characteristics of Knowledge about cervical cancer examination are those aged <30 years, elementary, middle, upper education level, and not working or working. The population of the entire study amounted to 426 people. The result is that most of the knowledge of cervical cancer is in the less category. Good knowledge is expected to raise awareness to be able to perform early cervical cancer screening.
Conclusion: The results of the knowledge of cervical cancer examinations show that there is knowledge in women based on factors of age, education level, and occupation.
