Abstract

Background: Caesarean Section is the delivery of the fetus by making an incision in the uterine wall through the abdominal wall (Cunningham, et al 2014) Post-surgical care is needed to prevent complications in the caesarean section. Early mobilization is one of the factors, in addition to several other factors, that can accelerate post-surgical recovery and can prevent post-surgical complications, with early mobilization it is hoped that the post-partum mother will be healthier and stronger, besides that it can also expedite lochea, help the healing process. wounds resulting from childbirth.

Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of early mobilization on the healing of caesarean section surgery wounds

Methods: The research design used in this study was pre-experiment. One-shot case study, carried out in the Meranti (puerperium) room of the Jaraga Sasameh Buntok Regional Hospital, the population of this study were mothers who gave birth by Caesarean section in March - April 2021 with certain criteria, sampling was by Total sampling, the number of samples was 29 people, type Primary and secondary data, the analysis used is Chi-square.

Results: Based on the results of the analysis of the effect of early mobilization on the healing of wounds in the Caesarean section, it was found that from a total sample of 29 people, 25 (96,2%) carried out effective mobilization with good wound healing, while the mobilization carried out was not effective in healing the wound either 1 (33,3%). Chi-square statistical test results obtained a p-value of 0,022

Latar Belakang: . Persalinan Sectio caesarea adalah melahirkan janin dengan membuat sayatan pada dinding uterus melalui dinding perut (Cunningham,et al 2010) Perawatan pasca bedah sangat diperlukan untuk mencegah timbulnya komplikasi pada section cesarea. Mobilisasi dini merupakan salah satu faktor, selain beberapa faktor lain, yang dapat mempercepat pemulihan pasca bedah dan dapat mencegah komplikasi pasca bedah, dengan mobilisasi dini diharapkan ibu nifas dapat menjadi lebih sehat dan lebih kuat, selain itu juga dapat melancarkan pengeluaran lochea, membantu proses penyembuhan luka akibat proses persalinan. Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Mobilisasi Dini Terhadap Penyembuhan Luka Operasi Sectio Caesarea Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre eksperimen dengan . One shot case study, di lakukan di ruang Meranti ( nifas) RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok, populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu yang melahirkan secara SC di bulan Maret – April 2021 dengan kriteria tertentu, pengambilan sampel dengan cara total sampling,jumlah sampel 29 orang, jenis data primer dan Sekunder, analisis yang di gunakan yaitu Chi-square. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil analisis Pengaruh Mobilisasi Dini Terhadap Penyembuhan Luka Operasi Section Cesarea di dapatkan bahwa dari jumlah sampel 29 orang, yang melakukan mobilisasi efektif dengan penyembuhan luka baik adalah 25 ( 96,2%) sedangkan mobilisasi yang di lakukan tidak efektif penyembuhan lukanya baik 1 ( 33,3%). Hasil uji statistic chi-square diperoleh nilai p-value 0,022
