Abstract

Latar Belakang:Keluarga Berencana (KB) tidak hanya mempengaruhi laju pertumbuhan penduduk tetapi juga berhubungan erat dengan Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan angka fertilitas total (total fertility rate/TFR)Semakin tinggi angka prevalensi KB maka semakin rendah TFR dan AKI suatu negara.MKJP adalah alat kontrasepsi untuk menunda, menjarangkan kehamilan serta menghentikan kesuburan yang digunakan dalam jangka panjang.Alat kontrasepsi dalam Rahim AKDR bagi banyak kaum wanita merupakan alat kontrasepsi yang terbaik. Alat ini sangat efektif dan tidak pelu diingat setiap hari seperti halnya pil. Tujuan:mengetahui “Pengaruh Pendidikan Kesehatan Melalui Media Leaflet dan Lembar Balik Terhadap Sikap Ibu Dalam Penggunaan Alat Kontrasepsi IUD di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jekan Raya”. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre-eksperimental dengan desain penelitiannya one group pretest posttest. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Besar sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 responden, Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa dari hasil analisis pretest responden memperoleh nilai minimal 56 dan maksimal 100 yang artinya terdapat ibu yang memiliki sikap negatif dengan rata-rata 81,63 dan standar deviasi 11,807. Setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan berupa Leafletdan Lembar Balik 30 responden diminta untuk menjawab kuesioner kembali dan hasil analisis posttest didapatkan nilai minimal 67 dan maksimal 100 yang artinya terdapat peningkatan sikap ibu setelah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan dengan rata-rata 89,30 dan standar deviasi 9,966. Hasil penelitian ini dengan nilai signifikan p value 0,046(< 0,05). Kesimpulan:Ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan melalui media leaflet dan lembar balikterhadap sikap ibu dalam penggunaan alat kontrasepsi IUD di wilayah kerja puskesmas Jekan Raya.

Background:Family planning (KB) not only affects the rate of population growth but is also closely related to the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and total fertility rate (TFR) The higher the prevalence of KB, the lower the TFR and MMR of a country. MKJP is a contraceptive device for delaying, spacing pregnancy and stopping fertility that is used in the long term. Contraception in the Womb IUD for many women is the best contraception. This tool is very effective and does not need to be remembered every day as well as pills. Objective:know "The Effect of Health Education through Media Leaflets and Flipsheets on Mother's Attitudes in the Use of IUD Contraception in the Work Area of Jekan Raya Health Center". Method: This research is a pre-experimental research with one group pretest posttest research design. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with the type of purposive sampling. The sample size was 30 respondents. The instrument used in this study was using a questionnaire. Result: The results of this study show that from the results of the pretest analysis respondents obtained a minimum value of 56 and a maximum of 100 which means that there are mothers who have a negative attitude with an average of 81.63 and a standard deviation of 11.807. After being given health education in the form of Leaflets and Flipcharts 30 respondents were asked to answer the questionnaire again and the results of the posttest analysis obtained a minimum value of 67 and a maximum of 100 which means there was an increase in maternal attitudes after health education with an average of 89.30 and a standard deviation of 9.966. The results of this study with a significant value of p value 0.046 (<0.05). Conclusion:There is an influence of health education through leaflet and flipchart media on the attitudes of mothers in the use of IUD contraception in the work area of the Jekan Raya puskesmas.
