Abstract
Latar Belakang : Yoga antenatal merupakan keterampilan mengolah pikiran, berupa teknik pengembangan kepribadian secara menyeluruh baik fisik, psikologis dan spiritual. Yoga antenatal dapat membantu ibu hamil untuk mengendalikan pikiran, keinginan dan reaksi terhadap stres. Latihan yoga yang dilakukandiantaranya mencakup berbagai relaksasi, mengatur postur, olah napas dan meditasi selama satu jam, rutin setiap hari. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Prenatal Gentle Yoga Terhadap Proses Involusi Uteri Pada Ibu Postpartum pada hari ke-3 di wilayah kerja PMB Kereng Bangkirai Kota Palangka Raya. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi Eksperimen dengan rancangan two group only post-test design dengan menggunakan Uji T test. Sampel Pada Penelitian ini berjumlah 34 ibu hamil yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu 17 ibu hamil kelompok perlakuan yang mengikuti yoga dan 17 ibu hamil kelompok kontrol yang tidak mengikuti yoga. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari uji T-test didapatkan nilai rata-rata Involusi Uteri pada ibu hamil yang mengikuti Yoga yaitu 9,4 dan ibu hamil yang tidak mengikuti yoga 10,7 dengan perbedaan rata-rata selisih -1,35294. Dengan Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p-value 0,000 (<0,05). Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh prenatal gentle yoga terhadap proses involusi uteri pada ibu postpartum hari ke-3. Ada perberdaan proses involusi uteri pada ibu yang melakukan yoga dan ibu yang tidak melakukan yoga.
Background: Antenatal yoga is a mind-processing skill, in the form of overall personality, physical, psychological and spiritual development techniques. Antenatal yoga can help pregnant women to control their thoughts, desires and reactions to stress. The yoga exercises carried out include various relaxation, regulating posture, breathing and meditation for one hour, routine every day. Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of prenatal yoga gentle on maternal involution in postpartum mothers on the third day in the Kereng Bangkirai PMB working area in Palangka Raya City. Method: This study used Quasi Experiments with the design of two group only post-test designs using the T test. The sample in this study amounted to 34 pregnant women divided into 2 groups, 17 pregnant women treated by yoga and 17 pregnant women in the control group who did not take yoga. Results: Based on the results of the research from the T-test, it was found that the average Uteri Involution in the group of pregnant women who followed Yoga was 9.4% and mean difference -1.35294 with a standard deviation of 0.57009 and the mean of uterine Revolution in the group pregnant women who do not follow Yoga are 10.7% and mean difference -1.35294 with a standard deviation of 0.83600. The statistical test results obtained p-value 0,000 (<0.05). Conclusion: Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a prenatal gentle yoga effect on the process of uterine involution in the 3rd day postpartum mothers. There is a process of uterine involution in mothers who do yoga and mothers who do not do yoga.
