Abstract

Angka kejadian penyakit kanker serviks di provinsi kalimantan Tengah yaitu 0,7 % (Pusat data dan informasi kementerian Kesehatan RI, 2015) Cakupan deteksi Dini kanker Serviks masih rendahsehingga memerlukan upaya lebih kuat untuk mencapai target deteksi dini pada perempuan usia 30 – 50 tahun Di kelurahan Petuk Bukit pemeriksaan IVA hanya ada 6 orang yang pernah melakukan pada bulan Oktober 2017 dengan hasil IVA negatifdan 1 orang terdapat benjolan pada payudara. Di Kelurahan Petuk Bukit , paritas dan Usia perkawinan usia muda ≤ 20 tahun masih banyak dialami oleh pasangan usia subur Tujuan penelitian: Untuk mengetahui distribusi , frekuensi dan hubungan antara paritas dan usia perkawinan dengan resiko lesi prakanker serviks pada pasangan usia subur Metode penelitian: Deskritif dengan pendekatan cross sectional.Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode consecutive sampling sebanyak 35 responden, menggunakan data primer dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi, Uji statistik Chi Square.Variabel penelitian adalah Hubungan paritas dan usia perkawian dengan resiko lesi prakanker serviks pada ibu pasangan usia subur di kelurahan Petuk Bukit. Hasil penelitian: Pemeriksaan IVA positif sebesar 19 responden dan IVA negatif sebesar 16 responden. Uji statistik menunjukan paritas dibagi 2 : 1. Primipara dengan multipara p-value 1,000<0,05 atau (α , 0,05) 2.Primipara dengan grandemultipara p-value 0,093 <0,05 atau (α , 0,05) , OR = 1,080 , Uji statistik menunjukan Usia perkawinan p-value 0,003<0,05 atauα (0,05). Kesimpulan: Tidak ada hubungan paritas dan ada hubungan usia perkawinan dengan resiko lesi prakanker serviks pada pasangan usia subur. Saran: Pemeriksaan IVA sangat penting dilaksanakan untuk mendeteksi dini kanker serviks secara mudah, murah dan bisa dilakukan oleh tenaga kesehatan di daerah pinggiran kota.

In Petuk Bukit Village, parity and the age of marriage aged ≤ 20 years are still experienced by couples of childbearing age Objective: To determine the distribution, frequency and relationship between parity and marital age with the risk of cervical precancerous lesions in couples of childbearing age Research method: Deskritive with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique with consecutive sampling method was 35 respondents, using primary data and presented in the form of a frequency distribution table, Chi Square statistical test. The research variables were the relationship of parity and age of marriage to the risk of cervical precancerous lesions in mothers of reproductive age in the Petuk Bukit sub-district. Results: Positive IVA examination of 19 respondents and negative IVA of 16 respondents. The statistical test shows parity divided by 2: 1. Primipara with multipara p-value 1,000 <0.05 or (α, 0.05) 2. Primipara with grandemultipara p-value 0.093 <0.05 or (α, 0.05), OR = 1.080, Statistical test shows the age of marriage p-value 0.003 <0.05 or α (0.05). Conclusion: There is no relationship between parity and there is a relationship between marital age and the risk of cervical precancerous lesions in couples of childbearing age. Suggestion: Examination of IVA is very important to be carried out to detect cervical cancer easily, cheaply and can be done by health workers in suburban areas.
