Abstract

Latar Belakang : Di Indonesia, setiap bayi usia 0-11 bulan wajib mendapatkan imunisasi dasar lengkap. Di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, pada tahun 2019 data cakupan imunisasi dasar lengkap hanya 88,1 %, menurun hanya menjadi 77,2% pada tahun 2020 dengan angka cakupan imunisasi DPT-HB-Hib4 pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 53,5%. Metodologi Penelitian : Jenis penelitian quasi experimental dengan pre-post test two control grup design Sampel penelitian bayi yang mendapatkan imunisasi DPT di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kalampangan Kota Palangka Raya sebanyak 32 orang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi

Hasil : Mayoritas responden adalah ASI Eksklusif (43,8 %), DPT-3 (53,1%). Rata-rata suhu tubuh bayi kelompok Eksperimen sebelum dilakukan intervensi adalah 38,90C dan setelah dilakukan intervensi adalah 37,20C. Rata-rata suhu tubuh bayi pada kelompok kontrol sebelum dilakukan intervensi adalah 39,20C dan setelah dilakukan intervensi adalah 38,10C. Nilai rata-rata suhu tubuh bayi sesudah dilakukan intervensi pada kelompok eksperimen lebih rendah dari pada nilai rata-rata suhu tubuh setelah dilakukan intervensi pada kelompok kontrol (selisih 0,90C). Diketahui bahwa nilai Sig. (2-Tailed) sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh Metode Kangguru terhadap Suhu Tubuh Bayi Pasca Imunisasi DPT. Diharapkan untuk dapat menerapkan metode kanguru dalam perawatan pasca imunisasi DPT karena dapat menurunkan suhu tubuh bayi sewaktu demam karena imunisasi.

It is known that the value of Sig . ( 2 - Tailed ) of 0.000 < 0.05 , it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Kangaroo Method on the Baby 's Body Temperature Post DPT Immunization . It is expected to be able to apply the kangaroo method in post-DPT immunization treatment because it can lower the baby's body temperature when he has a fever due to immunization.
