Abstract

Latar Belakang : Diperkirakan bahwa 60% kematian ibu akibat kehamilan terjadi setelah persalinan dan 50% kematian ibu pada masa nifas terjadi dalam 24 jam pertama yang sebagian besar disebabkan karena perdarahan post partum. Pada tahun 2021 terdapat 22 penanganan komplikasi kebidanan (20,8%) dari 106 ibu nifas di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Lampeong, dimana salah satunya adalah ibu nifas mengalami perdarahan post partum akibat subinvolusi uteri. Jahe merah adalah rimpang dengan banyak manfaat yang berfungsi sebagai galatogogue yang dapat meningkatkan hormon oksitosin untuk meransang kontraksi uterus menjadi lebih baik dan mencegah terjadinya subinvolusi uteri pada ibu nifas.

Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jahe merah terhadap involusi uteri pada ibu nifas di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Lampeong.

Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian ini adalah Pre-Eksperiment dengan desain pre-post test only one group. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 31 responden. Variabel Independent Jahe Merah, Variabel Dependent Involusi Uteri, dengan Variabel Luar yaitu Usia, Paritas, IMD, Menyusui, Mobilisasi Dini dan Status Gizi. Data diambil dengan kuisioner dan observasi. Analisis univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan rata-rata sedangkan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji normalitas Shapiro Wilk dan uji statistik Paired Sampel T-Test.

Hasil : Nilai rata-rata TFU pre test adalah 12,5 Cm sedangkan rata-rata TFU post test adalah 6,1 Cm. Hasil uji statistik Paired Sampel T Test didapatkan nilai p= 0,000 < α =0,05 yang artinya ada pengaruh pemberian jahe merah terhadap involusi uteri pada ibu nifas.

Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh pemberian jahe merah terhadap involusi uteri pada ibu nifas di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Lampeong.

Saran : Penelitian ini diharapakan dapat bermanfaat bagi tenaga kesehatan khususnya bidan dalam memberikan asuhan kebidanan dengan pemanfaatan kearifan lokal yang ada disekitar masyarakat berupa jahe merah untuk proses involusi uteri pada ibu nifas.

Background : It is estimate that 60% death of mothers due to pregnancy happened after maternity and 50% death of mother at a period to child bed happened first within 24 hours is mostly caused by blood of post partum. In the year 2021 there are 22 handling of midwifery complications (20,8%) from 106 postpartum mothers in the working area Lampeong Public Health Center, where one of them is postpartum mothers bloods of postpartum effect of subinvolution uterine. Red ginger is rimpang with many functioning benefit as galatogogue able to improve hormone of oksitosin for the meransang of uterus kontraksi become better and prevent the happening of uteri subinvolusi at postpartum mothers.

Target of : To know influence of giving of red ginger to uteri involusi at postpartum mothers in region working area Lampeong Public Health Center.

Method Research : This type Research is Pre-Eksperiment with pre-post desain test group one only. Sampel taken to use method of purposive sampling that is counted 31 responden with Variable of Independent Red Ginger, Variable Dependent Involusi Uteri, External Variable is Parity, Early Initiation of breastfeeding, Suckling, Mobilization Early and Nutritional Status. Retrevial data taken by using observation and questionnaire. Analyse univariat use frequency distribution and mean while bivariate analysis use test of paired t-test sampel. Result of : Average value of TFU pre test is 12,5 Cm while mean of TFU post test is 6,1 Cm. Result of statistical test of Paired Sampel T Test got by P-value = 0,000 < 0,05 with the meaning there is influence of giving of red ginger to uterine involusi at postpartum mothers.

Conclusion : There is influence of giving of red ginger to uteri involusi at postpartum mothers in region working area Lampeong Public Health Center.

Suggestion : This research of expected can be health workers specially midwife in giving midwifery with use local culture that around the communityof red ginger for the process of involution uterine at postpartum mothers.
