Abstract

Latar belakang : Kehamilan adalah rangkaian peristiwa yang baru terjadi bila ovum dibuahi dan pembuahan ovum akhimya berkembang sampai menjadi fetus yang aterm, kehamilan merupakan sebuah proses yang diawali dengan keluamya sel telur yang matang pada saluran telur yang kemudian bertemu dengan sperma dan keduanya menyatu membentuk sel yang akan bertumbuh menjadi janin. Coronavirus Disease 2019 adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus corona baru, SARS-CoV-2 yang menyebabkan gangguan pada sistem pernapasan.

Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui Hubungan Paritas Pada Ibu Hamil Covid-19 dengan Luaran Persalinan di RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntuk Barito Selatan.

Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian observasional retrospektif dengan pendekatan studi Cross sectional, yaitu suatu penelitian untuk mempelajari dinamika korelasi antara faktor-faktor risiko dan efek, dengan cara pendekatan, observasional atau pengumpulan data sekaligus pada suatu saat . Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah semua ibu bersalin yang terpapar/positif Covid-19 dan tercatat di rekam medik RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok Baritodari tahun 2020 sampai 2021.

Hasil : Hasil Peneltian menunjukan sebanyak 21 responden (13,8%) tidak normal dan normal hanya 20 responden (27,2%) sedangkan dari 60 responden dengan paritas rendah yang normal respiration rate 47 responden (39,8%) dan yang tidak normal hanya 13 responden (20,2%). Hasil analisis diperoleh OR 3,796 artinya ibu dengan paritas tinggi beresiko akan memiliki peluang melahirkan bayi dengan respiration rate tidak normal 3,796 kali dibandingkan ibu yang memiliki paritas rendah. Hasil uji Hasil uji statistik didapatkan p value 0,004, dengan p value < 0,05.

Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan Paritas Pada Ibu Hamil Covid-19 dengan Luaran Persalinan di RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntuk Barito Selatan.

Objective : To determine the relationship between parity in Covid-19 pregnant women and delivery outcomes at the Jaraga Hospital Sasameh Buntuk South Barito.

Methods : This research is a retrospective observational research with a cross sectional study approach, which is a study to study the dynamics of the correlation between risk factors and effects, by using an observational approach or collecting data at one time. The sample in this study were all maternity mothers who were exposed/positive to Covid-19 and recorded in the medical records of the Jaraga Sasameh Hospital Buntok Barito from 2020 to 2021.

Results : The results of the study showed that as many as 21 respondents (13.8%) were not normal and only 20 respondents (27.2%) were normal, while from 60 respondents with normal low parity, 47 respondents (39.8%) had normal respiration rate and those who were not normal. only 13 respondents (20.2%). The results of the analysis obtained OR 3,796, meaning that mothers with high parity are at risk of having a baby with an abnormal respiration rate of 3,796 times compared to mothers with low parity. Conclusion : There is a correlation between parity in Covid-19 pregnant women and delivery outcomes at the Jaraga Sasameh Hospital, Buntok South Barito.
