Abstract

Latar Belakang : Kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet besi diukur dari ketepatan jumlah tablet yang dikonsumsi, ketepatan cara mengkonsumsi tablet besi, frekuensi konsumsi per hari. Banyak penyebab yang membuat ibu hamil tidak patuh dalam mengonsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah, sehingga diperlukan suatu upaya kesehatan untuk meningkatkan prilaku ibu dalam mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah. Salah satu upaya tersebut dengan memberikan promosi kesehatan mengenai tablet tambah darah.

Tujuan : Mengetahui pengaruh promosi kesehatan menggunakan leaflet terhadap kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah di UPT Puskesmas Muara Laung.

Metode : Desain penelitian ini menerapkan rancangan pre-eksperimen One Group Pretest- Post test Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah nonprobability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Besaran sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 ibu hamil UPT Puskesmas Muara Laung dan uji statistic yang digunakan adalah uji Mc Nemar test.

Hasil : Dari hasil hasil uji Mc Nemar Test didapatkan nilai p value 0,000, dengan p value < 0,05 sehingga Ho ditolak, Ha diterima dapat disimpulkan artinya ada pengaruh pemberian promosi kesehatan menggunakan leaflet terhadap kepatuhan konsumsi tablet tambah darah ibu hamil Di UPT Puskesmas Muara Laung. Kesimpulan : ada pengaruh pemberian promosi kesehatan menggunakan leaflet terhadap kepatuhan konsumsi tablet tambah darah ibu hamil Di UPT Puskesmas Muara Laung

Background : Compliance with consuming iron tablets is measured by the accuracy of the number of tablets consumed, the accuracy of how to consume iron tablets, and the frequency of consumption per day. There are many causes that make pregnant women disobedient in consuming blood-added tablets, so a health effort is needed to improve the behavior of mothers in consuming blood-added tablets. One of these efforts is to provide health promotion regarding blood-added tablets.

Objective: To determine the effect of health promotion using blood-added tablet leaflets on the compliance of pregnant women in consuming blood-added tablets at the Muara Laung community health center.

Methods : The design of this study applies a pre�experimental design of One Group Pretest-Post test Design. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The sample size used was 30 pregnant women and the statistical test used was the Mc Nemar test.

Results : From the results of the Mc Nemar Test, a p value of 0.000, with p value <a 0.05 means that there is an effect of providing health promotion using blood-added tablet leaflets on compliance with blood-added tablet consumption of pregnant women at the Muara Laung community health center.

Conclusion : There is an effect of providing health promotion using blood-added tablet leaflets on compliance with blood-added tablet consumption of pregnant women at the Muara Laung community health center.
