Abstract

Reducing maternal and infant mortality rates is still a priority for Health programs in Indonesia, this is because maternal and infant mortality rates are still high in Indonesia. In order to accelerate the decline in MMR, every pregnant woman must be able to access quality maternal health services, delivery in health facilities. by trained personnel, the Muara Teweh Health Center is one of the health centers located in Central Teweh District in North Barito Regency which carries out deliveries at health facilities, the purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the choice of place of delivery in the working area of the Muara Teweh Health Center .

This research is a quantitative research and the type of research is analytical observation. The approach used is a cross sectional approach. The population is pregnant women in the first, second, and third trimesters in the working area of the Muara Teweh Health Center from March to May 2022 as many as 110 people. The sample measurement was carried out using the Slovin formula, namely nN/(1+ N (d ^ 2)) , n 52.38 rounded up to 52 people. The results of the study of 52 respondents, the proportion of mothers who are willing to choose delivery at health facilities is 42 respondents (80.8%), 10 respondents (19.2) are not willing to choose delivery at health facilities. Education results p value 0.085, work results p value 0.492 , Knowledge results p value 1,000 , distance from home to health facilities results p value 1,000 , family support results p value 0.043 . At the head of the Muara Teweh Health Center and his staff to increase the coverage of deliveries in health facilities, it is recommended to all village midwives to provide counseling or counseling to mothers, especially third trimester mothers about choosing

Penurunan angka kematian Ibu dan Bayi masih menjadi prioritas program Kesehatan di Indonesia, ini dikarenakan angka kematian ibu dan bayi masih tinggi di Indonesia. Untuk upaya percepatan penurunan AKI ini dilakukan agar setiap ibu hamil harus dapat mengakses pelayanan kesehatan ibu yang berkualitas, persalinan di fasilitas Kesehatan oleh tenaga terlatih,Puskesmas Muara Teweh merupakan salah satu Puskesmas yang berada di Kecamatan Teweh Tengah di Kabupaten Barito Utara yang melaksanakan persalinan di Fasilitas Kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemilihan tempat persalinan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Muara Teweh.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif dan Jenis penelitian adalah Observasional Analitik. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan cross sectional, Populasinya adalah ibu hamil trimester I,II, dan III yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Muara teweh pada bulan maret sampai mei tahun 2022 sebanyak 110 orang,Pengukuran sampel dilakukan menggunakan rumus slovin yaitu nN/(1+N (d ^2)) ,n 52,38 dibulatkan menjadi 52 orang . Hasil penelitian terhadap 52 resoponden, proporsi ibu yang bersedia memilih persalinan di faskes berjumlah 42 responden (80,8%), 10 responden (19,2) tidak bersedia memilih bersalin di faskes.Pendidikan hasil p value 0,085,Pekerjaan hasil p value 0,492 ,Pengetahuan hasil p value 1,000 ,Jarak rumah ke fasilitas kesehatan hasil p value 1,000 ,dukungan keluarga hasil p value 0,043 . Pada Kepala Puskesmas Muara Teweh dan jajarannya meningkatkan cakupan persalinan di fasilitas kesehatan ,Disarankan kepada semua bidan desa untuk memberikan penyuluhan atau konseling pada ibu terutama ibu trimester III tentang pemilihan tempat persalinan yang aman sehingga dapat menghindari komplikasi pada ibu dan bayi.
