Abstract

Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di Indonesia adalah 305/100.000 kelahiran hidup. Jumlah kematian ibu yang dihimpun dari pencatatan program kesehatan keluarga di Kementerian Kesehatan pada tahun 2020 menunjukkan 4.627 kematian di Indonesia. Jumlah ini menunjukkan peningkatan dibandingkan tahun 2019 sebesar 4.221 kematian. Berdasarkan penyebab, sebagian besar kematian ibu pada tahun 2020 disebabkan oleh perdarahan sebanyak 1.330 kasus, hipertensi dalam kehamilan sebanyak 1.110 kasus, dan gangguan sistem peredaran darah sebanyak 230 kasus.

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku pemeriksaan antenatal care ibu hamil pada masa Pandemi Covid-19.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskritif. Sampel penelitian adalah 68 wanita hamil yang melakukan pemeriksaan Antenatal care dari bulan Mei 2022 sampai Juni 2022 dengan dengan teknik penarikan sampel purposive. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas ibu hamil berumur 20-35 tahun (usia produktif) sebanyak 48 responden (84,2%), pendidikan tinggi sebanyak 49 responden (84,5%), mayoritas tidak bekerja sebanyak 42 responden (79,2%), paritas yang tinggi multipara sebanyak 20 responden (80,0%), dan jarak fasilitas kesehatan yang dekat sebanyak 50 responden (80,6). Perilaku ibu hamil dalam melakukan antenatal care saat pandemi Covid-19 menunjukkan hasil terdapat hubungan antara perilaku ibu hamil yang melakukan pemeriksaan antenatal care dengan umur, pekerjaan, pendidikan, paritas, dan variabel yang tidak berhubungan adalah jarak fasilitas kesehatan. Pandemi Covid 19 tidak menghalangi ibu hamil melakukan Pemeriksaan Kehamilan secara rutin.

Maternal Mortality (AKI) in Indonesia is 305 / 100,000 live births. The number of maternal deaths collected from the family record of the family's health program in the Ministry of Health in 2020 shows 4,627 deaths in Indonesia. This amount shows an increase compared to 2019 of 4,221 deaths. Based on the causes, most of the mother's death in 2020 is due to bleeding of 1,330 cases, hypertension in pregnancy as much as 1,110 cases, and disturbance systems of 230 cases.

The purpose of the study to know the description of the behavior of antenatal examination of Care mother pregnant women in the povemi pvemi COVID-19.

This research uses descriptive method. The sample of the study was 68 pregnant women who did antenatal care of examinations from May 2022 to June 2022 with with purposive sampling techniques. The analysis used is univariate analysis.

The results of this study indicate that the majority of pregnant women aged 20-35 years (AGA earrings) of 48 respondents (84.2%), higher education of 49 respondents (84.5%), the majority did not work 42 respondents (79.2%), high-cost multipara counterparts (80.0%), and the distance of health facilities near 50 respondents (80.6). Behavior of pregnant women in conducting antenatal care at povemi Covid-19 shows the result there is a relationship between pregnant women's behavior that performs antenatal care of age with age, work, education, parity, and unrelated variables is the distance of health facilities. The 19th Covid Pandemic does not prevent pregnant women regularly pregnancy checks.
