Abstract

Angka pencapaian KB suntik di kota Palangka Raya sebanyak 48,2%. Pada Puskesmas Kereng Bangkirai terjadi peningkatan KB suntik, terutama pada KB suntik 3 bulan 704, alasan memilih suntik KB 3 bulan karena harganya terjangkau dan mudah di gunakan. Sedangkan, kebijakan pemerinta saat ini tentang KB lebih di arahkan untuk pemekaian MKJP.

Tujuan penelitian untuk Mengetahui Gambaran Tingkat Pengetahuan Ibu Akseptor KB tentang KB Suntik 3 Bulan Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kereng Bangkirai Kota Palangka Raya Tahun 2022.

Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan populasi penelitian adalah akseptor KB suntik 3 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kereng Bangkirai Kota Palangka Raya. Sampel sebanyak 57 akseptor KB suntik 3 bulan yang di dapatkan dengan cara accidental sampling, analisis data univariat.

Hasil penelitian, responden memiliki tingkat pengetahun cukup tentang KB suntik 3 bulan sebanyak 26 responden (33,3%), tingkat pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 12 responden (21,1%), tingkat pengetahuan cukup dari usia 20-30 tahun sebanyak 16 responden (51,6%), tingkat pengetahuan kurang dari usia 20-35 tahun sebanyak 5 responden (16,1%), usia >35 tahun sebanyak 5 (22,7%), tingkat pengetahuan cukup dari ibu yang tidak bekerja sebanyak 19 responden (50,0%), tingkat pengetahuan kurang dari ibu tidak bekerja sebanyak 10 responden (26,3%), tingkat pengetahuan cukup dari ibu multipara sebanyak 20 responden (48,8%), tingkat pengetahuan kurang dari ibu multipara sebanyak 9 responden (22,0%), tingkat pengetahuan cukup dari ibu dengan pendidikan menengah sebanyak 22 responden (61,1%), tingkat pengetahuan kurang dari ibu dengan Pendidikan menengah sebanyak 6 responden (16,1%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, di dapatkan kesimpulan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan akseptor KB suntik 3 bulan memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang cukup. Bidan perlu memberikan informasi mengenai alat kontrasepsi yang lebih di sarankan oleh pemerintah seperti MKJP.

The achievement rate of injections KB in the city of Palangka Raya was 48.2%. In the Kereng Bangkirai Health Center, there was an increase in KB injections, especially 3 months injection which was recorded as much as 704. The acceptors were choosing it because it was affordable and easy to use. Meanwhile, the current government policy on KB was more directed for using of MKJP.

To describe the level of knowledge of KB acceptor about 3 months injection in the working area of Kereng Bangkirai Public Health Center, Palangka Raya City in 2022. The type of research was descriptive with the research population being acceptors 3 months injection in the Kereng Bangkirai Public Health Center, Palangka Raya. The sample of were 57 mothers as KB acceptors of 3 months injection who were obtained by accidental sampling. The analysis of data univariate.

The result showed that of respondents who had sufficient knowledge about 3 months injection were 26 respondents (33.3%), the level of knowledge less as much 12 respondents (21,1%), level of sufficient knowledge was from the age of 20-30 years as many as 16 respondents (51.6%); the level of knowledge was less from the age of 20-35 years as many as 5 respondents (16,1%), >35 years as many as 5 respondents (22,7%), have sufficient knowledge level was from mothers who do not work as many as 19 respondents (50.0%); the level of knowledge less from mothers do not work as many as 10 respondents (26,3%), have sufficient level of knowledge was from multiparous mothers as many as 20 respondents (48.8%), the level of knowledge less from multiparous mothers do not work as many as 9 respondents (22,0%), have a sufficient level of knowledge was from mothers with secondary education as many as 22 respondents (61.1%), the level of knowledge less from mother whit secondary education as many as 6 respondents (16,1%).
