Abstract

Anemia pada remaja merupakan masalah kesehatan yang berkaitan dengan
kesehatan reproduksi. Pertumbuhan pada masa remaja adalah masa pertumbuhan
yang sangat cepat. Kekurangan zat besi pada masa ini akan menimbulkan tidak
tercapainnya tinggi badan yang optimal. Anemia merupakan salah satu keadaan
dimana komponen didalam darah yaitu hemoglobin (Hb) dalam darah jumlahnya
kurang dari <12 gram/dl. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang
Gambaran Kejadian Anemia Pada Remaja Putri di Sekolah Menengah Atas
Muhammadiyah2 Palangka Raya tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode
jenis deskriptif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 45 responden yang diambil
dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian sebagain besar
remaja putri mengalami anemia sebanyak 24 responden (53,3%). Dengan usia
14-16 tahun sebanyak 18 responden (40,0%),lama haid >7 hari sebanyak 23
responden (51,1%),Status gizi 14 responden (31,1%),tingkat pendapatan keluarga
<UMR sebanyak 22 responden (43,9%),Pemberian tablet tambah darah tidak rutin
sebanyak 24 responden (53,3%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan para
remaja putri di sekolah menengah atas muhammadiyah bisa lebih rutin
mengkonsumsin tablet tambah darah yang diberikan.

Anemia in adolescents is a health problem related to reproductive health. Growth
in adolescence is a period of very rapid growth. Iron deficiency at this time will
lead to not achieving optimal height. Anemia is a condition where the component
in the blood, namely hemoglobin (Hb) in the blood, is less than 12 grams/dl. This
study aims to determine the description of the incidence of anemia in adolescent
girls at Muhammadiyah 2 Palangka Raya High School in 2022. This study uses a
descriptive type method. The sample in this study were 45 respondents who were
taken using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study obtained at the
high school of Muhammadiyah 2 Palangkaraya were that most of the young
women in school experienced anemia as many as 24 respondents (53.3%). With
the age factor of 14-16 years as many as 18 respondents (40.0%), menstrual
duration > 7 days as many as 23 respondents (51.1%), nutritional status 14
respondents (31.1%), family income level <UMR as many as 22 respondents
(43.9%), giving blood tablets non-routinely as many as 24 respondents (53.3%).
Based on the results of this study, it is expected that young women at
Muhammadiyah high school can consume the blood-added tablets more regularly
