Abstract

Latar Belakang : COVID-19 merupakan suatu virus yang menjadi ancaman bagi seluruh negara di dunia. Pandemi COVID-19 ini mempunyai dampak pada fisik dan psikologis. Permasalahan psikologis yang dapat dialami antara lain, kecemasan, stres, dan depresi. Kecemasan tersebut dapat dialami oleh ibu hamil selama pandemi COVID-19. Kondisi psikologis yang tidak baik ini dapat menjadi efek buruk untuk ibu dan janin, yaitu risiko kelahiran prematur, peningkatan risiko terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan janin serta dapat terjadi kemungkinan bayi lahir dengan kondisi berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR) dan mengalami kecacatan. Untuk mencegah hal tersebut, kecemasan pada ibu hamil harus dapat segera diketahui.

Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III selama masa pandemi COVID-19, mengidentifikasi tingkat kecemasan dan faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III selama pandemi COVID-19.

Metode Penelitian : Pencarian artikel menggunakan satu mesin pencarian yaitu Google Scholar dengan kata kunci yang sudah ditentukan dan didapatkan sebanyak 44 artikel. Kemudian peneliti melakukan screening berdasarkan tahun publikasi, judul artikel, kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, kelengkapan teks artikel serta tujuan penelitian, sehingga diperoleh 3 artikel penelitian.

Hasil Penelitian : Berdasarkan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan tentang gambaran tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III selama pandemi COVID-19 dapat diambil kesimpulan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III selama pandemi COVID-19 adalah tingkat kecemasan ringan. Masing-masing jurnal menemukan bahwa kebanyakan responden mengalami tingkat kecemasan ringan dikarenakan faktor usia dan pendidikan. Namun ada beberapa faktor juga yang dapat diperhitungkan dalam tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil, yaitu antara lain usia kehamilan, gravida, pekerjaan, dan penghasilan.

Kesimpulan : Ditemukan bahwa mayoritas tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III selama pandemi COVID-19 ialah tingkat kecemasan ringan dan faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kecemasan tersebut yaitu usia dan pendidikan.

Background : COVID-19 is a virus that is a threat to all countries in the world. The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on the physical and psychological. Psychological problems that can be experienced include anxiety, stress, and depression. This anxiety can be experienced by pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic. This unfavorable psychological condition can have an adverse effect on the mother and fetus, namely the risk of premature birth, increased risks to fetal growth and development and the possibility that the baby may be born with low birth weight (LBW) and have defects. To prevent this, anxiety in pregnant women must be known immediately.

Research Objectives : To determine the level of anxiety in third trimester pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic, identify levels of anxiety and factors that influence anxiety levels in third trimester pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Research Method : Article search used a search engine, namely Google Scholar with predetermined keywords and found 44 articles. Then the researchers conducted a screening based on the year of publication, article title, inclusion and exclusion criteria, completeness of the article text and research objectives, in order to obtain 3 research articles.

Research Results : Based on research that has been conducted about the description of the level of anxiety in third trimester pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic, it can be concluded that the level of anxiety in third trimester pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic is a mild level of anxiety. Each journal found that most respondents experienced a mild level of anxiety due to age and education. However, there are also several factors that can be taken into account in the level of anxiety of pregnant women, namely gestational age, gravida, occupation, and income.

Conclusion : It was found that the majority of anxiety levels in third trimester pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic were mild levels of anxiety and the factors that influenced this level of anxiety were age and education.
