Abstract

ABSTRAK

“GAMBARAN PEMBERIAN ASI EKSLUSIF DAN KELUARGA BERENCANA (KB) PASCA PERSALINAN PADA IBU BAYI DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS TUMBANG SAMBA”

LATAR BELAKANG: Pemberian ASI eksklusif dapat meningkatkan imunitas tubuh bayi dan mencegah terjadinya penyakit infeksi seperti pneumonia, diare serta dapat mempertahankan status gizi bayi, karena ASI merupakan makanan terbaik dengan zat gizi lengkap dan sangat bagus untuk kebutuhan bayi dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya. Salah satu faktor yang membuat ASI ekslusif berhasil adalah penundaan kehamilan berikutnya dengan ibu bayi ikut dalam program keluarga berencana (KB) pasca persalinan (Putri, Katmawanti and Fanani, 2022).
TUJUAN : Untuk menganalisa gambaran pemberian ASI ekslusif dan Keluarga Berencana (KB) pasca persalinan di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tumbang Samba.
METODE PENELITIAN: Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif .Subjek penelitian adalah ibu bayi berusia 6 – 11 bulan pasca persalinan yang melakukan kunjungan ke puskesmas tumbang samba
HASIL : Ibu bayi usia 6-11 bulan responden persentase tertinggi tidak memberikan ASI ekslusif (84.3%), tetapi 100% responden menyatakan menggunakan KB Pasca persalinan, dengan Pendidikan persentase tertinggi pada tingkat SD dan perguruan tinggi masing-masing (38.6%), dengan status pekerjaan tidak bekerja (92.9%), paritas > 2 anak (85.7%), menggunakan metode kontrasepsi non MKJP (90%), dengan lama penggunaan kontrasepsi ≥ 6 bulan (98.6%), dan (97.1%) mengatakan tidak hamil < 6 bulan.
KESIMPULAN:Ibu bayi usia 6-11 bulan di puskesmas tumbang samba pada tahun 2022 paling banyak adalah tertinggi tidak memberikan ASI Ekslusif,dengan pendidikan tertinggi SD, dengan pekerjaan tidak berkerja,paling banyak memiliki anak hidup 2-4anak, menggunakan metode kontrasepsi non MKJP dan mengatakan tidak hamil < 6 bulan.

"DESCRIPTION OF EXCLUSIVE BREASTFEEDING AND FAMILY PLANNING (KB) POST DELIVERY TO MOTHERS IN TUMBANG SAMBA PUSKESMAS WORK AREA"
Exclusive breastfeeding can increase the baby's immunity and prevent infectious diseases such as pneumonia, diarrhea and can maintain the nutritional status of the baby, because breast milk is the best food with complete nutrition and is very good for the needs of babies in their growth and development. One of the factors that makes exclusive breastfeeding successful is the delay of the next pregnancy with the baby's mother participating in the postnatal family planning (KB) program (Putri, Katmawanti and Fanani, 2022). To analyze the description of exclusive breastfeeding and postnatal family planning (KB) in the working area of the Tumbang Samba Health Center.
This type of research is a research using a quantitative descriptive approach. The subject of this research is the mother of infants aged 6-11 months after delivery who visited the Tumbang Samba Public Health Center.
Mothers of infants aged 6-11 months, the highest percentage of respondents did not give exclusive breastfeeding (84.3%), but 100% of respondents stated that they used postnatal family planning, with the highest percentage of education at the elementary and college levels respectively (38.6%), with employment status not working (92.9%), parity > 2 children (85.7%), using non-MKJP contraceptive methods (90%), with a duration of contraceptive use 6 months (98.6%), and (97.1%) said not pregnant < 6 months.
Mothers of infants aged 6-11 months at the Tumbang Samba Public Health Center in 2022 were the highest for not giving exclusive breastfeeding, with the highest education in elementary school, with non-working jobs, having 2-4 live children at most, using non-MKJP contraceptive methods and saying no <6 months pregnant.
