Abstract

Latar Belakang : Proses pemulihan yang dapat dilakukan setelah tindakan operasi Sectio Caesaria (SC) yaitu Mobilisasi Dini, dilakukan segera setelah operasi dimulai dari bangun, duduk disisi tempat tidur, turun dari tempat tidur, berdiri dan mulai berjalan. Masalah yang sering terjadi ketika ibu post SC merasakan nyeri saat bergerak sehingga ibu tidak mau melakukan mobilisasi dini dan memilih untuk istirahat di tempat tidur
Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui Pengaruh Pendidikan Kesehatan Dengan Media Video terhadap perilaku Mobilisasi Dini pada Ibu Nifas Post Sectio Caesaria (SC) di RSUD Dr. Doris Sylvanus.
Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperiment menggunakan rancangan Non Equivalent Control Group, dimana menggunakan kelompok kontrol sebagai pembanding. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari – Februari 2023. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua ibu post SC di RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus dengan jumlah sampel masing-masing sebanyak 24 orang pada ibu post SC yang diberikan pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode ceramah dan metode video. Analisis data menggunakan Chi Square.
Hasil Penelitian: Hasil uji statisktik didapatkan nilai P Value sebesar 0,03 (p value > alpha (0.05)) artinya ada perbedaan yang signifikan perilaku ibu yang diberikan pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode ceramah dan metode video.
Kesimpulan: Pemberian pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode video membuat rasa ingin tau menjadi lebih besar, serta dapat lebih mudah mengikuti langkah-langkah sesuai penjelasan

Background : Recuperative process that can be carried out after the actions of the Secio Caesaria (SC) operation that is early mobilization, performed as soosn as the operation started from waking up, sit by the bed, get out of bed, get up and start walking. Problems that often happen when post SC mothers feel pain when they move so that don’t want to mobilize early and choose to rest in bed
Purpose Research: Aware of the impact of health education with video media on early mobilization behavior on mother nifas post SC on RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus.
Research Method: This study is a Quasi Experiment using a non equivalent. Control group scheme. Use the control group as a comparison. The research was conducted in January 2023. The population of this study is all post SC mothers in RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus with a number of samples respectively as mush as 24 people on post SC mothers given health education with lectural methods and video. Analysis of data using chi square.
Results: Static test results acquired p value of 0,03 (p value<alpha0,05) means there is a significant difference in mother”s behavior given health education with method of lectures and video methods.
Conclusion: The provision of health education with video methods makes the desire to know become greater. And it is easier to follow the steps
