Abstract

Latar Belakang : Hypnobreastfeeding merupakan salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan pengeluaran ASI. Hypnobreastfeeding adalah teknik relaksasi untuk membantu kelancaran proses menyusui, dengan cara memasukkan kalimat afirmasi positif ke dalam pikiran saat rileks atau dalam keadaan hipnosis yang dapat merangsang hormon prolaktin dan oksitosin sehingga dapat meningkatkan pengeluaran ASI pada ibu nifas
Tujuan Penelitian : Tujuan dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Hypnobreastfeeding Terhadap Pengeluaran ASI Pada Ibu Nifas Di Wilayah Kerja BLUD UPT Puskesmas Pahandut.
Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-Eksperiment dengan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest sebelum diberi perlakuan dan sesudah diberi perlakuan. Total sampel sebanyak 36 orang.
Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh hypnobreastfeeding
terhadap pengeluaran ASI p value 0,000 (<0,05). Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh hypnobreastfeeding terhadap pengeluaran ASI pada ibu nifas di wilayah kerja BLUD UPT Puskesmas Pahandut.

Background : Hypnobreastfeedingis one solution to increase milk production. Hypnobreastfeeding is a relaxation technique to help smooth the breastfeeding process, by incorporating positive affirmation sentences into the mind when relaxed or in a hypnotic state which can stimulate the hormons prolactin and oxytocin so that it can increase milk production in postpartum mothers.
Research purposes :The purpose of this study aims to determine the effect of Hypnobreastfeeding on breastfeeding in postpartum mothers in the BLUD working area of UPT Puskesmas Pahandut.
Research methods :The type of research used was Pre-Experiment with a one- group pretest-posttest research design before being given treatment and after being given treatment. The total sample is 36 people.
Research result :The results showed that there was an effect of hypnobreastfeeding on breastfeeding expenditure, p value 0.000 (<0.05). Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted.
Conclusion :There is an effect of hypnobreastfeeding on breastfeeding in postpartum mothers in the working area of the BLUD UPT Pahandut Health Center.
