Abstract

Latar Belakang : Selama tahun 2021, bayi usia 0-6 bulan di seluruh dunia yang mendapatkan ASI eksklusif 52,5 % dari 50% target pemberian ASI eksklusif (UNICEF, 2022). Laporan Kementerian Kesehatan RI tahun 2021 Pencapaian ASI ekslusif nasional 71, 58% (Kemenkes RI, 2021). Cakupan ASI Eksklusif di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Kalahien tahun tahun 2022 adalah 66, 1 %, belum mencapai target sasaran pemberian Asi Eksklusif sebesar 80%.
Tujuan penelitian : Menganalisis Efektivitas Konseling Laktasi Terhadap Pengetahuan dan Sikap Ibu Hamil Trimester III Tentang Pemberian Asi Eksklusif di UPTD Puskesmas Kalahien Kabupaten Barito Selatan.
Metodelogi Penelitian : Quasi Eksperimen dengan rancangan two group pre-test dan post-test with control dan intervensi design. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner secara langsung.
Hasil : Analisis univariat didapatkan rata-rata nilai pengetahuan pretest kelompok intervensi 66,35, posttest 82,35. Pretest kelompok Kontrol 63,96, posttest 67,54. Rata-rata skor sikap kelompok intervensi pretest 46,04, posttest 49,92. Rata-rata skor sikap kelompok Kontrol pretest 40,96, posttest 41,38. Analisis bivariat Secara Paired samples test ada perbedaan rata-rata nilai pengetahuan dan skor sikap kelompok intervensi bermakna signifikansi p-value 0,001, pada kelompok Kontrol p-value 0,002, sedangkan skor sikap dengan Uji Wilcoxon ada perbedaan tetapi tidak bermakna secara signifikan p-value 0,369. Uji Independent t- test terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna selisih peningkatan rata-rata nilai pengetahuan dan skor sikap pada kelompok intervensi dan Kontrol dengan nilai p-value 0,001.
Kesimpulan : Konseling tentang Pemberian Asi Eksklusif efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap pada ibu hamil trimester III di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Kalahien.

Background: During 2021, 52.5% of the 50% target of exclusive breastfeeding is 52.5% of infants aged 0-6 months worldwide who receive exclusive breastfeeding (UNICEF, 2022). Report of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia for 2021 The achievement of national exclusive breastfeeding is 71.58% (Ministry of Health RI, 2021). Coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of the UPTD Puskesmas Kalahien in 2022 is 66.1%, it has not yet reached the target of providing exclusive breastfeeding of 80%.
Research objective: To analyze the effectiveness of lactation counseling on the knowledge and attitudes of third-trimester pregnant women about exclusive breastfeeding at the UPTD of the Kalahien Health Center, South Barito Regency.
Research Methodology: Quasi Experiment with two group pre-test and post-test design with control and intervention design. Collecting data using questionnaires directly.
Results: Univariate analysis obtained an average pretest knowledge value of the intervention group 66.35, posttest 82.35. Pretest control group 63.96, posttest 67.54. The mean score of the attitude of the intervention group was 46.04 pretest, 49.92 posttest. The mean score for the attitude of the control group was 40.96 pretest, 41.38 posttest. Bivariate analysis Using the Paired samples test, there was a significant difference in the mean value of knowledge and attitude scores in the intervention group with a significant p-value of 0.001, in the control group p-value of 0.002, while in the attitude score with the Wilcoxon test there was a significant difference but not significantly p-value of 0.369 . Independent t-test showed a significant difference in the difference in the average increase in knowledge scores and attitude scores in the intervention and control groups with a p-value of 0.001.
Conclusion: Counseling about Exclusive Breastfeeding is effective for increasing knowledge and attitudes in third trimester pregnant women in the working area of the Kalahien Health Center UPTD.
