Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan masa rawan gizi karena berbagai sebab. Masalah umum yang dihadapi remaja adalah kebiasaan makan yang mengarah pada makanan yang tidak seimbang. Upaya yang perlu dilakukan yaitu dengan melaksanakan kegiatan pendidikan kesehatan yang bisa mendorong terjadinya perilaku hidup sehat, salah satunya adalah edukasi gizi menggunakan media booklet. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh media booklet terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap siswa tentang gizi seimbang di SMAN 1 Palangka Raya. Jenis penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperiment design dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik yaitu uji Wilcoxon dan McNemar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik subjek berupa umur berada pada rentang 15-18 tahun dan paling banyak berusia 16 tahun yaitu 51,4%, sebagian besar berjenis kelamin perempuan yaitu 51,4%. Pekerjaan orang tua (ayah) subjek lebih banyak wiraswasta yaitu sebesar 34,3%, sedangkan pekerjaan ibu sebagian besar ibu rumah tangga yaitu 65,7%. Persentase kenaikan pengetahuan sebesar 100% sedangkan sikap yaitu sebesar 71,4%. Hasil analisis menunjukkan ada pengaruh signifikan antara pengetahuan dan sikap (p 0,05) menggunakan media booklet gizi seimbang.

Adolescence is a nutritionally vulnerable period for various reasons. A common problem faced by teenagers is eating habits that lead to unbalanced food. Efforts that need to be made are by carrying out health education activities that can encourage healthy living behaviors, one of which is nutrition education using the media booklet. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the media booklet on students' knowledge and attitudes about balanced nutrition at SMAN 1 Palangka Raya. Type of research using as an experimental design with approach one group pretest-posttest and the number of samples is 35 people. Data were analyzed using a statistical test, namely test Wilcoxon and McNemar. The results showed that the characteristics of the subjects in the form of age were in the range of 15-18 years and most were 16 years old, namely 51.4%, most of whom were female, namely 51.4%. The work of the subject's parents (fathers) was more self-employed, namely 34.3%, while the work of mothers was mostly housewives, namely 65.7%. The percentage increase in knowledge is 100% while the attitude is 71.4%. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence between knowledge and attitudes (p 0,05) using media booklet balanced nutrition.
