Abstract

Perubahan gaya hidup dan kebiasaan makan remaja mempenagruhi asupan dan kebutuhan gizi. Menurut Riskesdas tahun 2018 prevalensi gizi kurang pada anak usia 13-15 tahun berdasarkan IMT/U sebesar 8,7%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Puzzle Game PGS Terhadap Pengetahuan dan Sikap pada makanan seimbang di SMP Negeri 2 Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan desain kuasi eksperimental design dengan bentuk one-group pretest-posttest design. Dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Palangka Raya pada bulan Juli 2022. Sampel terdiri dari 16 responden yang diambil secara purposive sampling menggunakan uji statistik Mc Nemar dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,05. Ada Pengaruh Puzzle Game PGS Terhadap Pengetahuan dan Sikap pada makanan seimbang di SMP Negeri 2 Palangka Raya dengan p value 0,000 < 0,05.

Changes in lifestyle and eating habits of adolescents affect nutritional intake and needs. According to the 2018 Riskesdas, the prevalence of malnutrition in children aged 13-15 years based on BMI/U is 8.7%. This study aims to determine the effect of the PGS Puzzle Game on knowledge and attitudes towards a balanced diet at SMP Negeri 2 Palangka Raya. This study uses a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. It was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Palangka Raya in July 2022. The sample consisted of 16 respondents who were taken by purposive sampling. The results of the McNemar statistical test research with a significance level of 0.05. Based on the age of students aged 13-15 years and sex as many as 11 men, 5 women. Knowledge before being given education there were 15 less and 1 good, after being given there was an increasse in knowledge 15 being good and 1 lacking. The attitude before being given education was 15 less and 1 good, after being given it increased to 15 good and 1 less. There is an effect of the PGS Puzzle Game on Knowledge and Attitudes on a balanced diet at SMP Negeri 2 Palangka Raya with a p value of 0.000 <0.05
