Abstract

Latar Belakang : Puskesmas merupakan fasilitas kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan masyarakat tingkat pertama, dengan lebih mengutamakan upaya promotif dan preventif. Hasil penilaian dari pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan dengan membandingkan apa yang diharapkan sesuai dengan kenyataan pelayanan kesehatan yang diterima disuatu tatanan kesehatan di puskesmas, pasien akan merasa puas di tentukan oleh kenyataan apakah pelayanan yang di berikan bisa memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pasien dengan menggunakan pandangan pasien tentang pelayanan yang di terima.

Tujuan Penelitian : Mengetahui gambaran tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Menteng Palangka Raya.

Metode Penelitian : Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian dengan sampel sebanyak 30 responden, menggunakan accidental sampling, instrumen menggunakan kuesioner.

Hasil : Hasil penelitian di dapatkan tingkat kepuasan berdasarkan Aspek tangibles atau nyata (43%), emphaty atau empati (43%), reliability atau keandalan (33%), responsive atau ketanggapan (37%), assurance atau kepastian (43%).

Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di dapatkan bahwa seluruh responden menyatakan sangat puas terhadap pelayanan di Puskesmas Menteng Palangka Raya.

Kata Kunci : Puskesmas, Pelayanan kesehatan, Kepuasan pasien.

Background: Puskesmas is a health facility that organizes community health efforts at the first level, by prioritizing promotive and preventive efforts. The results of the patient's assessment of health services by comparing what is expected in accordance with the reality of health services received in a health setting at the puskesmas, patients will feel satisfied determined by the fact whether the services provided can meet the needs and expectations of patients by using the patient's view of service received.

Research Objectives: Knowing the description of the level of patient satisfaction with health services at the Menteng Palangka Raya Health Center.

Research Methods: The research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive approach with a research population with a sample of 30 respondents, using accidental sampling, using a questionnaire as an instrument.

Results: The results of the study obtained satisfaction levels based on tangibles or real aspects (43%), empathy or empathy (43%), reliability or reliability (33%), responsiveness or responsiveness (37%), assurance or certainty (43%).

Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it was found that all respondents stated that they were very satisfied with the services at the Menteng Palangka Raya Health Center.
