Abstract

Latar Belakang : Angka pencapaian KB suntik di Kota Palangka Raya sebanyak 77,51%. Pada Puskesmas Kereng Bangkirai terjadi peningkatan KB suntik, terutama pada KB suntik 3 bulan 704, alas an memilih suntik KB 3 bulan karena harganya terjangkau dan mudah digunakan. Sedangkan, kebijakan pemerintah saat ini tentang KB lebih di arahkan untuk pemakaian MKJP. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui gambaran kejadian efek samping pada akseptor KB suntik 3 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kereng Bangkirai Kota Palangka Raya. Metode : Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Responden adalah seluruh ibu akseptor KB suntik 3 bulan yang berkunjung dari bulan Januari sampai dengan Maret 2024 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kereng Bangkirai Kota Palangka Raya sejumlah 110 orang. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas pada usia 20-35 tahun sebanyak 76 (69,1%), ibu dengan pendidikan Menengah sebanyak 61 (55,5%), status pekerjaan ibu yang tidak bekerja sebanyak 99 (90%), dan ibu multipara sebanyak 91 (82,7%), serta dalam kategori pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 76 (69,1%). Didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa kejadian efek samping dalam penggunaan KB Suntik 3 Bulan diantaranya mayoritas dengan Gangguan Haid sebanyak 102 (92,7%) meliputi: mengalami Amenorea sebanyak 57 (51,8%), mengalami Metrorargia sebanyak 1 (0,9%), mengalami Menoragia sebanyak 8 (7,3%), terjadi Spotting sebanyak 36 (32,7%), terjadi efek samping kenaikan berat badan pada ibu sebanyak 75 (68,2%), tidak terjadi keputihan sebanyak 75 (68,2%), dan terjadi sakit kepala sebanyak 64 (58,2%). Kesimpulan dan Saran : Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Gambaran kejadian efek samping akseptor KB Suntik 3 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kereng Bangkirai Kota Palangka Raya sebagian besar ibu akseptor KB mengalami Gangguan Haid sebanyak 102 (92,7%) meliputi: Amenorea 57 (51,8%), Metrorargia 1 (0,9%), Menoragia 8 (7,3%), dan Spotting sebanyak 36 (32,7%), mayoritas terjadi peningkatan berat badan sebanyak 75 (68,2%), tidak terjadi keputihan sebanyak 75 (68,2%), dan mengalami sakit kepala sebanyak 64 (58,2%). Saran yang dapat disampaikan, sebaiknya petugas Kesehatan terutama bidan melakukan penyuluhan atau memberikan leaflet supaya dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu terkait efek samping serta penanganan efek samping dalam penggunaan KB Suntik 3 bulan. Background : The achievement rate for injectable contraception in Palangka Raya City is 77.51%. At the Kereng Bangkirai Community Health Center there was an increase in contraceptive injections, especially in the 3-month contraceptive injection 704, the reason for choosing the 3-month contraceptive injection was because it was affordable and easy to use. Meanwhile, the current government policy regarding family planning is more directed towards the use of MKJP. Objective : To find out the description of the incidence of side effects in 3-month contraceptive injection acceptors in the Kereng Bangkirai Community Health Center Working Area, Palangka Raya City. Method : This type of research uses descriptive methods. Respondents were all mothers receiving 3-month contraceptive injections who visited from January to March 2024 in the Kereng Bangkirai Community Health Center Working Area, Palangka Raya City, totaling 110 people. Research Results : The research results showed that the majority were 76 (69.1%) aged 20-35 years, 61 (55.5%) were mothers with secondary education, 99 (90%) were unemployed mothers and 91 were multiparous mothers. (82.7%), and in the sufficient knowledge category there were 76 (69.1%). The results of the study showed that the incidence of side effects in using 3-month contraceptive injections included the majority with menstrual disorders, 102 (92.7%), including: experiencing amenorrhea, 57 (51.8%), experiencing metrorrhagia, 1 (0.9%), 8 (7.3%) experienced menorrhagia, 36 (32.7%) experienced spotting, 75 (68.2%) experienced side effects of weight gain in the mother, 75 (68.2%) had no vaginal discharge. , and headaches occurred in 64 (58.2%). Conclusions and Suggestions : Based on the research results, it shows a description of the side effects of 3-month injection contraceptive acceptors in the Kereng Bangkirai Community Health Center Working Area, Palangka Raya City. Most of the mothers who are contraceptive acceptors experience menstrual disorders, 102 (92.7%) including: Amenorrhea 57 (51.8%), Metrorrhagia. 1 (0.9%), Menorrhagia 8 (7.3%), and Spotting 36 (32.7%), the majority experienced an increase in body weight 75 (68.2%), there was no vaginal discharge 75 (68, 2%), and 64 (58.2%) experienced headaches. Suggestions that can be conveyed are that health workers, especially midwives, should provide education or provide leaflets so that they can increase mothers' knowledge regarding side effects and handling side effects when using 3-month contraceptive injections.
