Abstract

Latar belakang: Kurangnya kadar hemoglobin dalam tubuh dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan sel otak sehingga konsentrasi belajar menjadi tertanggu. Remaja putri termasuk salah satu kelompok yang berisiko tinggi mengalami penurunan kadar hemoglobin, dikarenakan setiap bulannya remaja putri mengalami menstruasi. Kepatuhan remaja putri dalam mengonsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD) merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan program pencegahan dan penanggulangan penurunan kadar hemoglobin atau anemia pada remaja putri dan WUS. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan kepatuhan konsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD) terhadap kadar hemoglobin pada remaja putri di SMAN 1 Manuhing Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional dan total sampel 105 remaja putri di SMAN 1 Manuhing. Hasil : Hasil uji One Sample T-Test didapatkan nilai thitung 3,449 > ttabel 2,363, kemudian dari nilai Sig didapatkan sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 yang artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan kepatuhan konsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD) terhadap Kadar Hemoglobin remaja putri di SMAN 1 Manuhing. Background: Lack of hemoglobin levels in the body can affect the development of brain cells so that learning concentration is delayed. Adolescent girls are one of the groups at high risk of experiencing a decrease in hemoglobin levels, because every month adolescent girls experience menstruation. Compliance of adolescent girls in consuming Blood Supplement Tablets (TTD) is one of the indicators of the success of the prevention and control program for the reduction of hemoglobin levels or anemia in adolescent girls and WUS. Objective: To determine the relationship between the adherence of Blood Supplement Tablet (TTD) consumption to hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls at SMAN 1 Manuhing. Methods: Quantitative research with cross sectional design and a total sample of 105 adolescent girls at SMAN 1 Manuhing. Results: The results of the One Sample T-Test test were obtained with a tcal value of 3.449 > ttable 2.363, then from the Sig value was obtained of 0.001 < 0.05 which means that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. Conclusion: There was a relationship between the adherence of Blood Supplement Tablet (TTD) consumption to the Hemoglobin Levels of adolescent girls at SMAN 1 Manuhing.
