Abstract

Latar Belakang : Anemia pada remaja putri masih menjadi masalah kesehatan yang berdampak pada kualitas belajar, produktivitas, serta kesehatan reproduksi di masa depan. Rendahnya pengetahuan dan sikap remaja putri terhadap pencegahan anemia menjadi salah satu faktor risiko terjadinya anemia. Pemanfaatan media edukasi berbasis teknologi digital, seperti aplikasi M-Health Anemia Rematri, diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas edukasi kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi melalui aplikasi M-Health Anemia Rematri terhadap pengetahuan, sikap, kadar hemoglobin, dan status anemia remaja putri di MA Muslimat NU. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh edukasi melalui aplikasi M-Health Anemia Rematri terhadap pengetahuan, sikap, kadar hemoglobin dan status anemia remaja putri di MA Muslimat NU. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi experiment dengan rancangan one group pretest–posttest. Sampel penelitian adalah remaja putri di MA Muslimat NU yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Intervensi berupa pemberian edukasi menggunakan aplikasi M-Health Anemia Rematri. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner pengetahuan dan sikap, serta pemeriksaan kadar hemoglobin menggunakan alat pemeriksaan Hb digital. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji statistik yang sesuai. Hasil Penelitian : Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 62 responden remaja putri. Hasil uji statistik pada penelitian menunjukkan pada pengetahuan (p = 0,001), sikap (p = 0,001), kadar hemoglobin (p = 0,001) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan setelah diberikan edukasi menggunakan aplikasi M-Health Anemia Rematri. Namun, meskipun terdapat kecenderungan perbaikan, edukasi tersebut belum menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap status anemia remaja putri (p = 0,125). Kesimpulan : Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan edukasi kesehatan berbasis aplikasi M-Health Anemia Rematri efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap, serta memperbaiki kadar hemoglobin dan status anemia pada remaja putri. Aplikasi ini dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif media edukasi kesehatan yang inovatif dan mudah diakses dalam upaya pencegahan anemia pada remaja putri. Background: Anemia among adolescent girls remains a public health problem that affects learning achievement, productivity, and future reproductive health. Low levels of knowledge and negative attitudes toward anemia prevention are important risk factors for the occurrence of anemia. The use of digital technology–based educational media, such as M-Health Anemia Rematri applications, is expected to improve the effectiveness of health education. This study aimed to determine the effect of education delivered through the M-Health Anemia Rematri application on knowledge, attitudes, hemoglobin levels, and anemia status among adolescent girls at MA Muslimat NU. Objective: To determine the effect of education using the M-Health Anemia Rematri application on knowledge, attitudes, hemoglobin levels, and anemia status among adolescent girls at MA Muslimat NU. Methods: This study employed a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest approach. The study sample consisted of adolescent girls at MA Muslimat NU who met the inclusion criteria. The intervention involved health education delivered through the M-Health Anemia Rematri application. Data were collected using knowledge and attitude questionnaires, as well as hemoglobin level measurements using a digital hemoglobin testing device. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate statistical tests. Result: This study was conducted on 62 adolescent girls. The statistical analysis showed that the educational intervention using the M-Health Anemia Rematri application had a significant effect on knowledge (p = 0.001), attitudes (p = 0.001), and hemoglobin levels (p = 0.001). However, although there was a tendency toward improvement, the intervention did not show a statistically significant effect on anemia status among adolescent girls (p = 0.125). Conclusion: The results indicate that health education using the M-Health Anemia Rematri application is effective in improving knowledge and attitudes, as well as increasing hemoglobin levels among adolescent girls. Therefore, this application can be used as an innovative and easily accessible alternative health education medium for the prevention of anemia among adolescent girls.
