Abstract

Latar Belakang : Pemilihan tempat persalinan di fasilitas kesehatan berpengaruh terhadap penurunan Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB). AKI dan AKB di Indonesia masih tinggi dan belum mencapai target SDGs 2030. Persalinan di fasilitas kesehatan dengan tenaga kesehatan terlatih menjadi upaya penting dalam menurunkan risiko komplikasi dan kematian ibu maupun bayi. Namun, cakupan persalinan di fasilitas kesehatan di Kalimantan Tengah, khususnya wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Rakumpit, masih rendah. Rendahnya komitmen ibu hamil dipengaruhi pengetahuan, dukungan keluarga, dan edukasi kesehatan. Edukasi menggunakan media video dinilai efektif meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengambilan keputusan ibu hamil dalam memilih tempat persalinan di fasilitas kesehatan. Tujuan : Mengetahui Pengaruh Edukasi Menggunakan Video Pada Komitmen Ibu Hamil Dalam Memilih Tempat Persalinan Di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Rakumpit. Metode : Penelitian kuantitatif memakai desain pra-eksperimental desain one grup pre-test post-test design, dimana sebelum dilaksanakan intervensi dilakukan pre-test (O1) serta diikuti variabel bebeas/ treatment (X) lalu post-test (O2) dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel sebanyak 35 responden. Variabel yang dianalisis yaitu komitmen ibu hamil serta karakteristik ibu hamil yaitu Pendidikan, umur, pekerjaan, penghasilan, paritas, jumlah kunjungan ANC, jarak tempuh ke fasilitas kesehatan, letak geografis dan konseling P4K. Hasil : Rerata skor komitmen ibu hamil meningkat dari 65,1 menjadi 99,28 setelah edukasi menggunakan media video, dengan peningkatan 34,18 poin. Persentase ibu yang memilih persalinan di fasilitas kesehatan meningkat dari 62,1% menjadi 100%. Uji Paired T-Test menunjukkan nilai p-value 0,000 (<0,05), sehingga edukasi video berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen ibu hamil Di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Rakumpit. Simpulan : Karakteristik Responden mayoritas ibu hamil berpendidikan rendah (60%), tidak bekerja (82,9%), berpenghasilan di bawah UMK (68,6%), bertempat tinggal jauh dari fasilitas kesehatan (74,3%), dan berada di wilayah DAS (71,4%). Peningkatan Komitmen terdapat peningkatan skor komitmen rata-rata sebesar 34,18. Setelah diberikan edukasi video, seluruh narasumber (100%) berkomitmen untuk memilih bersalin di fasilitas kesehatan, naik dari sebelumnya yang hanya 62,1%.Pengaruh yang Signifikan analisis statistik menggunakan Paired T Test membuktikan bahwa edukasi media video berpengaruh nyata terhadap pilihan tempat persalinan dengan nilai p-value = 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media video terbukti sebagai metode edukasi yang sangat tepat dan berhasil mengubah pemahaman ibu hamil di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Rakumpit. Background: Choosing a delivery location at a health facility influences the reduction of Maternal Mortality Rates (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rates (IMR). MMR and IMR in Indonesia remain high and have not yet reached the 2030 SDGs target. Delivering in a health facility with trained health personnel is a crucial effort to reduce the risk of complications and maternal and infant mortality. However, the coverage of deliveries at health facilities in Central Kalimantan, particularly in the working area of the UPTD Puskesmas Rakumpit, remains low. This low commitment of pregnant women is influenced by knowledge, family support, and health education. Education using video media is considered effective in improving pregnant women's understanding and decision-making in choosing a delivery location at a health facility. Objective: To determine the effect of video education on pregnant women's commitment to choosing a delivery facility in the Rakumpit Community Health Center (Puskesmas UPTD) work area. Method: Quantitative research using a pre-experimental one-group pre-test post-test design, where a pre-test (O1) was conducted before the intervention, followed by the independent variable/treatment (X), and then a post-test (O2) with a total population and sample of 35 respondents. The variables analyzed were the commitment of pregnant women and their characteristics, including education, age, occupation, income, parity, number of ANC visits, distance to health facilities, geographical location, and P4K (Birth Preparedness and Complication Readiness Plan) counseling. Results: The average commitment score of pregnant women increased from 65.1 to 99.28 after education using video media, with an increase of 34.18 points. The percentage of mothers who chose to give birth at a health facility increased from 62.1% to 100%. The Paired T-Test showed a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), so video education has a significant effect on the commitment of pregnant women in the Working Area of UPTD Puskesmas Rakumpit. Conclusion: The majority of respondents were pregnant women with low education levels (60%), unemployed (82.9%), earning below the minimum wage (68.6%), living far from healthcare facilities (74.3%), and residing in the watershed area (71.4%). There was an average increase in the commitment score of 34.18. After receiving video education, all respondents (100%) committed to delivering at a healthcare facility, a rise from the previous 62.1%. Statistical analysis using the Paired T-Test proved that video media education has a significant impact on the choice of delivery location, with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that the use of video media is a highly appropriate and successful educational method for changing the understanding of pregnant women in the working area of the Rakumpit Community Health Center UPTD Puskesmas Rakumpit
