Abstract

Mobilisasi ini merupakan suatu aspek yang penting dalam pemulihan post sectio caesarea untuk mempertahankan kemandirian ibu post section caesarea. Kenyataan dilapangan ditemukan pasien post sectio caesarea sudah melakukan mobilisasi dini meskipun belum maksimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan mobilisasi dini dengan tingkat kemandirian pasien post section caesarea . Metode penelitian dengan analitik observasional menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasinya adalah pasien post sectio caesarea dengan jumlah sampel 40 responden. Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Analisa data yang digunakan dalah uji chi - square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 36 responden (90%) melaksanakan mobilisasi dini dengan baik dan 36 responden (90%) mandiri. Analisa data menunjukan adanya hubungan mobilisasi dini dengan ingkat kemandirian pasien post sectio caesarea di RSUD dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Kuala Kapuas ( P value < 0.001). Rumah sakit perlu meningkatkan promosi berupa leaflet dan gambar langkah langkah mobilisasi dini sesuai SPO, di ruang perawatan nifas. In 2023, the number of Cesarean section (CS) surgeries performed at dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Kuala Kapuas was 634 patients (29%) of the total number of deliveries. Of these, 2% experienced complications in the form of Surgical Site Infection (SSI). Meanwhile, in 2024, the number of CS surgeries performed at dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo RSUD Kuala Kapuas was 630 people. Based on the aforementioned background, the researcher is interested in addressing this issue in a study entitled "The Relationship Between Early Mobilization and the Level of Independence in Post-Cesarean Section Patients in the Cempaka Ward of dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo RSUD Kuala Kapuas." The research results indicate that in the category of a high level of independence for post-CS patients, there were 36 respondents (90%), and respondents in the category of the level of independence with assistance for post-CS patients were 4 respondents (10%). Based on the Chi-square test, there is a very strong relationship between early mobilization and the level of independence in post-CS patients at dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo RSUD, with a result of P value < 0.001.
