Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kesehatan adalah keadaan sehat seseorang, baik secara fisik, jiwa, maupun sosial dan bukan sekedar terbebas dari penyakit untuk memungkinkan hidup produktif. Kesehatan otak adalah kondisi fungsi otak yang optimal di seluruh domain kognitif, sensorik, sosial, emosional, perilaku dan motorik. Salah satu gangguan kesehatan otak adalah epilepsi. Epilepsi adalah kondisi di mana seseorang mengalami kejang berulang kali yang terjadi lebih dari dua kali dalam 24 jam atau lebih dan tidak dipicu oleh faktor tertentu. Data yang didapatkan dari unit stroke center pada tahun 2025 terdapat 4 orang pasien dan yang dirawat di ruang seruni sebanyak 6 orang. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran penerapan asuhan keperawatan dan pengelola pasien dengan epilepsi di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin Kalimantan Selatan. Metode: penelitian ini adalah studi kasus yang menggambarkan hasil penelitian mengenai asuhan keperawatan pada pasien Epilepsi dari pengkajian keperawatan, diagnosa keperawatan, perencanaan keperawatan, implementasi keperawatan, dan evaluasi keperawatan. Penelitian ini akan difokuskan pada satu kasus dan dilakukan pada satu individu. Hasil dan Analisis: Setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 3x7 jam perencanaan disusun sesuai dengan diagnosa keperawatan yang muncul dilaksanakan tepat waktu serta mendapat hasil yang maksimal. pasien mengatakan sudah tidak demam lagi, dapat beraktivitas, suhu tubuh normal, pasien tenang, tidak merasa murung, tidak gelisah dan berbincang dengan keluarga. Kesimpulan : Asuhan keperawatan pada Ny. L semua tujuan sudah tercapai dan masalah sudah teratasi. Kata kunci : Asuhan Keperawatan, Epilepsi Background: Health is a healthy state of a person, both physically, mentally, and socially and not just free from disease to enable productive life. Brain health is a condition of optimal brain function throughout the cognitive, sensory, social, emotional, behavioral and motor domains. One of the brain health disorders is epilepsy. Epilepsy is a condition in which a person has repeated seizures that occur more than twice in 24 hours or more and are not triggered by a specific factor. Data obtained from the stroke center unit in 2025 there were 4 patients and 6 people were treated in the seruni room. Objective: This study aims to determine the picture of the application of nursing care and management of patients with epilepsy in RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin South Kalimantan. Methods: this study is a case study that describes the results of research on nursing care in epilepsy patients from nursing assessment, Nursing diagnosis, nursing planning, nursing implementation, and nursing evaluation. The study will be focused on a single case and conducted on a single individual. Results and analysis: After 3x7 hours of nursing care, the planning is prepared in accordance with the Nursing Diagnosis that appears to be carried out on time and gets maximum results. the patient said he no longer had a fever, could move, body temperature was normal, the patient was calm, did not feel moody, was not restless and talked to family. Conclusion : nursing care in Ny. All the goals have been achieved and the problem has been solved. Keywords: Epilepsy, Nursing Care
