Abstract

Latar Belakang : Studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Panarung Kota Palangka Raya, tercatat pada tahun 2023 periode bulan Juni-November sebanyak 210 orang dengan alasan karena mudah digunakan, harga lumayan terjangkau, walaupun faktor risiko yang lebih besar dibandingkan jenis kontrasepsi lainnya. Dan setelah dilakukan studi pendahuluan dari 15 akseptor KB Suntik 3 bulan, 5 di antaranya mengeluh tidak mendapatkan haid, 7 di antaranya mengeluh mengalami perubahan berat badan, 3 di antaranya mengeluh mengalami rambut rontok. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Akseptor KB Suntik 3 Bulan yang Mengalami Perubahan Berat Badan di Puskesmas Panarung Kota Palangka Raya. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang digunakan adalah non probabilty sampling di Puskesmas Panarung Kota Palangka Raya. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Format Isian. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 75 responden akseptor KB suntik 3 bulan. Mengurus Etik Penelitian di KEPK Poltekkes Kemenkes Palangka Raya. Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian yaitu Februari- Maret 2024. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 75 responden akseptor KB Suntik 3 bulan di Puskesmas Panarung Kota Palangka Raya, akseptor KB suntik yang mengalami kenaikan berat badan sebanyak 55 responden (73,3%) Pertambahan berat badan yang diakibatkan oleh peningkatan lemak yang disebabkan oleh progesteron. Akseptor KB suntik dengan mayoritas umur 20-30 tahun sebanyak 51 responden (68,0%), status tidak bekerja sebanyak 58 responden (77,3%), pola aktivitas sedang sebanyak 43 responden (57,3%), pola makan teratur sebanyak 69 responden (92,0%), dan lama pemakaian > 1 tahun sebanyak 55 responden (73,3%). Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian adapun sebagian besar yang mengalami perubahan berat badan di Puskesmas Panarung Kota Palangka Raya yaitu mengalami perubahan berat badan naik sebanyak 55 responden (73,3%), sehingga akseptor KB dapat diharapkan untuk lebih bijak dalam menentukaan jenis kontrasepsi yang akan digunakan, serta dapat memperhatikan kembali efek samping kontrasepsi yang digunakan.

Background : In a study conducted at the Puskesmas Panarung, Palangka Raya City, it was recorded that in 2023 for the June-November period there were 210 people on the grounds that it was easy to use and the price was quite affordable, even though the risk factors were greater than other types of contraception. And after conducting a preliminary study of 15 recipients of 3-month contraceptive injections, 5 of them complained of not having menstruation, 7 of them complained of experiencing changes in body weight, 3 of them complained of experiencing hair loss. Objective : This study aims to determine the description of 3-month contraceptive injection acceptors who experience weight changes at the Puskesmas Panarung, Palangka Raya City. Method : This research used a descriptive method using a purposive sampling technique called non-probability sampling at the Puskesmas Panarung, Palangka Raya City. The instrument used in this research is the fill-in format. The sample size in this study was 75 respondents who were acceptors of 3-month contraceptive injections. Managing Research Ethics at the KEPK Poltekkes Kemenkes Palangka Raya. The research implementation time is February-March 2024. Results : The results of this study showed that of the 75 respondents who were 3-month injectable contraceptive acceptors at the Puskesmas Panarung, Palangka Raya City, 55 respondents (73.3%) Weight gain caused by increased fat caused by progesterone, experienced injectable contraceptive acceptors who were with a majority aged 20-30 years respondents (68.0%), 58 respondents (77.3%), with a moderate activity pattern, 43 respondents (57.3%), with a regular eating pattern 69 respondents (92.0%), and 55 respondents (73.3%) and with a duration of use > 1 year. Conclusion : Based on the results of research to find out the description of 3-month injection contraceptive acceptors who experienced changes in body weight at the Puskesmas Panarung, Palangka Raya City, that is, 55 respondents (73.3%) experienced changes in body weight, %), so that KB acceptors can be expected to be wiser in determining the type of contraception to be used, and can pay attention to the side effects of the contraception used..
