Abstract

Latar Belakang : Stroke nonhemoragik merupakan kondisi gangguan fungsi saraf akibat sumbatan pembuluh darah otak yang menjadi salah satu penyebab utama kecacatan dan kematian di dunia. Berdasarkan data WHO (2023), stroke menyumbang sekitar 11% dari total kematian global. Di Indonesia, prevalensi stroke terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Tujuan : Memberikan asuhan keperawatan secara komprehensif pada pasien stroke nonhemoragik meliputi pengkajian, diagnosis, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi keperawatan. Metode : Studi kasus deskriptif yang dilakukan pada Ny. S di RSUD dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin pada tanggal 9–11 April 2026. Hasil : Ditemukan dua diagnosis keperawatan yaitu Gangguan Mobilitas Fisik (D.0054) dan Ansietas (D.0080). Intervensi yang diberikan meliputi Dukungan Mobilisasi dan Terapi Relaksasi. Setelah tiga hari perawatan, kekuatan otot meningkat dari skala 2 menjadi skala 3 dan pasien tampak lebih tenang. Kesimpulan : Asuhan keperawatan yang sistematis dapat membantu meningkatkan kondisi fisik dan psikologis pasien stroke nonhemoragik. Kata Kunci : Ansietas, Asuhan Keperawatan, Stroke Nonhemoragik Background : Nonhemorrhagic stroke is a neurological disorder caused by an obstruction of cerebral blood vessels and is one of the leading causes of disability and death worldwide. According to WHO data (2023), stroke accounts for approximately 11% of total global deaths. In Indonesia, the prevalence of stroke continues to increase every year. Objective : To provide comprehensive nursing care for a patient with nonhemorrhagic stroke, covering assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Method : A descriptive case study conducted on Mrs. S at dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Regional Hospital Banjarmasin from April 9–11, 2026. Results : Two nursing diagnoses were identified: Impaired Physical Mobility (D.0054) and Anxiety (D.0080). The interventions provided included Mobilization Support and Relaxation Therapy. After three days of care, muscle strength improved from grade 2 to grade 3, and the patient appeared calmer. Conclusion : Systematic nursing care can help improve the physical and psychological condition of patients with nonhemorrhagic stroke. Keywords : Anxiety, Nursing Care, Nonhemorrhagic Stroke
