Abstract

Latar Belakang: Tumor otak merupakan kondisi yang ditandai dengan pertumbuhan sel atau jaringan yang abnormal di dalam rongga intrakranial. Kondisi tersebut dapat menyebabkan peningkatan tekanan intrakranial, gangguan perfusi serebral, serta munculnya berbagai gangguan neurologis. Salah satu tindakan yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kondisi tersebut adalah operasi kraniotomi dengan tumor removal. Setelah tindakan pembedahan, pasien berisiko mengalami berbagai komplikasi sehingga memerlukan pemantauan dan perawatan secara intensif di ruang ICU. Tujuan: Mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien pasca operasi kraniotomi e.c. tumor removal yang meliputi tahap pengkajian, penetapan diagnosis keperawatan, penyusunan intervensi, implementasi tindakan, serta evaluasi keperawatan. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada satu orang pasien, yaitu Ny. S, yang menjalani perawatan di Ruang ICU RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin pada tanggal 1–7 Mei 2026. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, serta penelaahan dokumentasi medis. Hasil: Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan beberapa diagnosis keperawatan, yaitu risiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif, bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif, nyeri akut, risiko infeksi, pola napas tidak efektif, risiko perdarahan, dan gangguan mobilitas fisik. Intervensi keperawatan disusun serta dilaksanakan sesuai dengan Standar Intervensi Keperawatan Indonesia (SIKI). Hasil evaluasi memperlihatkan adanya perkembangan kondisi pasien yang ditandai dengan stabilnya status hemodinamik, meningkatnya status neurologis, berkurangnya intensitas nyeri, tidak ditemukan tanda infeksi maupun perdarahan, serta adanya peningkatan kemampuan mobilitas pasien Kesimpulan: Asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan secara komprehensif membantu meningkatkan kondisi klinis pasien dan mencegah komplikasi pascaoperasi. Kata Kunci: Asuhan Keperawatan, Kraniotomi, Tumor Otak, ICU, Post Operasi Background: Brain tumors are abnormal tissue growths within the intracranial cavity that can lead to increased intracranial pressure, cerebral perfusion disorders, and neurological deficits. Craniotomy tumor removal is performed to remove the tumor mass, but it is at risk of causing postoperative complications so that it requires intensive care in the ICU. Objective: To describe the nursing care provided for a patient following craniotomy surgery due to tumor removal, including the stages of assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention planning, implementation, and evaluation. Methods: This study employed a descriptive case study approach involving one patient, Mrs. S, who received treatment in the ICU of Ulin Banjarmasin Hospital from May 1 to May 7, 2026. Data were obtained through interviews, direct observation, physical examination, and review of the patient's medical documentation Results: The nursing assessment identified several nursing diagnoses, including the risk of ineffective cerebral tissue perfusion, ineffective airway clearance, acute pain, risk of infection, ineffective breathing pattern, risk of bleeding, and impaired physical mobility. Nursing interventions were implemented according to the Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standards (SIKI). Evaluation findings demonstrated improvement in the patient's condition, as indicated by stable hemodynamic status, better neurological function, reduced pain intensity, the absence of signs of infection and bleeding, and improved physical mobility Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing care provided helps improve the patient's clinical condition and prevent postoperative complications.
