Abstract

Latar Belakang: Infark serebral merupakan salah satu jenis strok iskemik yang terjadi akibat terhambatnya aliran darah ke jaringan otak sehingga menyebabkan gangguan neurologis dan penurunan fungsi tubuh. Kondisi ini dapat menimbulkan berbagai masalah keperawatan yang memerlukan asuhan keperawatan secara komprehensif untuk mencegah komplikasi dan meningkatkan kemampuan fungsional pasien. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan infark serebral di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan pada satu pasien dengan diagnosis medis infark serebral yang dirawat di Ruang Seruni RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan pasien mengalami hemiparesis dekstra, gangguan mobilitas fisik, riwayat hipertensi tidak terkontrol, dan kebiasaan merokok. Diagnosis keperawatan yang ditegakkan yaitu risiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif dan gangguan mobilitas fisik. Intervensi keperawatan diberikan sesuai dengan masalah yang ditemukan. Evaluasi menunjukkan risiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif belum terjadi selama masa perawatan, sedangkan gangguan mobilitas fisik teratasi sebagian yang ditandai dengan peningkatan kemampuan mobilisasi pasien. Kesimpulan: Penerapan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan infark serebral dapat membantu mempertahankan perfusi serebral, mencegah terjadinya komplikasi neurologis, serta meningkatkan kemampuan mobilisasi pasien secara bertahap. Kata Kunci: Asuhan Keperawatan, Infark Serebral Background: Cerebral infarction is a type of ischemic stroke caused by an obstruction of blood flow to the brain tissue, resulting in neurological impairment and decreased body function. This condition may lead to various nursing problems that require comprehensive nursing care to prevent complications and improve the patient’s functional abilities. Objective: To describe the implementation of nursing care for a patient with cerebral infarction at RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. Methods: This study employed a case study design using a nursing care approach involving one patient diagnosed with cerebral infarction who was treated in the Seruni Ward of RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. Results: The assessment revealed that the patient experienced right-sided hemiparesis, impaired physical mobility, uncontrolled hypertension, and a smoking habit. The nursing diagnoses established were risk for ineffective cerebral tissue perfusion and impaired physical mobility. Nursing interventions were implemented according to the identified nursing problems. Evaluation showed that ineffective cerebral tissue perfusion did not occur during the treatment period, while impaired physical mobility was partially resolved, as indicated by an improvement in the patient’s mobility. Conclusion: The implementation of nursing care in patients with cerebral infarction can help maintain cerebral perfusion, prevent neurological complications, and gradually improve the patient’s mobility.
