Abstract

Latar Belakang : Menurut laporan World Health Organization (WHO), stroke termasuk penyebab kematian tertinggi secara global serta menjadi penyebab utama disabilitas jangka panjang pada orang dewasa. Stroke non hemoragik merupakan jenis yang paling sering terjadi, sekitar 80–85% dari seluruh kasus stroke. Kondisi ini terjadi akibat adanya sumbatan pada pembuluh darah otak sehingga aliran darah dan suplai oksigen ke jaringan otak terganggu, yang pada akhirnya menyebabkan kerusakan sel-sel otak. Tujuan Penilitian : Untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan kasus Stroke Non Hemoragik (SNH) di Ruangan Nusa Indah RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus. Metode Penelitian : Metode penelitian mengunakan studi kasus deskriptif dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan secara komprehensif pada satu pasien Hasil Penelitian Hasil menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukan range of motion (ROM) dua kali selama tiga hari, terjadi skala kekuatan otot meningkat. Kesimpulan: Latihan range of motion terbukti efektif dapat meningkatkan kekuatan otot pada pasien stroke non hemoragik apalagi jika dilakukan latihan sedini mungkin. Kata kunci : Stroke Non Hemoragik (SNH), Askep. Background : According to the World Health Organization (WHO), stroke is one of the leading causes of death globally and a major cause of long-term disability in adults. Non hemorrhagic stroke is the most common type, accounting for approximately 80–85% of all stroke cases. This condition occurs due to a blockage in the cerebral blood vessels, which disrupts blood flow and oxygen supply to brain tissue, ultimately leading to brain cell damage. Objective : To identify and describe the implementation of nursing care in a patient with non-hemorrhagic stroke (SNH) at the Nusa Indah Ward, RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus. Methods : This study used a descriptive case study design with a comprehensive nursing process approach on a single patient. Results: The results showed that after performing range of motion (ROM) exercises twice daily for three days, there was an improvement in the patient’s muscle strength scale. Conclusion : Range of motion exercises are proven to be effective in improving muscle strength in patients with non-hemorrhagic stroke, especially when performed as early as possible.
