Abstract

Latar belakang: Subdural Hematoma (SDH) dan edema Cerebri merupakan kondisi neurologi yang dapat menyebabkan peningkatan tekanan intrakranial, penurunan kesadrana, dan gangguan perfusi serebral sehingga memerlukan penanganan yang cepat dan tepat. Peran perawat sangat penting dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan secara komprehensif untuk mencegah komplikasi dan meningkatkan kondisi pasien. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan asuhan keperawtan pada pasien dengan Subdural Hematoma (SDH) dan Edema Cerebri di RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Metode: Pendekatan studi kasus pada pasien, yaitu Tn. S, dengan pendekatan proses asuhan keperawatan yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosis keperawatan, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi pada Tn. S. Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan bahwa setelah intervensi keperawatan dilakukan secara konsisten, terdapat kondisi pasien menujukkan perbaikan ditandai dengan peningkatan respons neurologis dan stabilitas hemodinamik. Kesimpulan: Asuhan keperawatan yang tepat, cepat, dan berkesinambungan berperan penting dalam membangun pemulihan pasien dengan Subdural Hematoma (SDH) dan Edema Cerebri. Kata kunci: subdural Hematoma, Edema Cerebri, Asuhan Keperawatan. Background: Subdural Hematoma (SDH) and Cerebri Edema are neurological conditions that can cause increased intracranial pressure, decreased lavel of consciousness, and impaired cerebral perfusion, requiring prompt and appropriate management. Nursing play a vital role in providing comprehensive nursing care to prevent complications and improve patient outcomes. Objektive: To describe the implementation of nursing care for a patient with Subdural Hematoma (SDH) and Cerebral Edema at dr. Doris Sylvanus Regional General Hospital, Central Kalimantan Province. Methods: This study employed a case study approach involving a patient, Tn. S, using the nursing process framework, including assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Results: The findings indicated that consistent nursing interventions contributed to the pasient’s clinical improvement, as evidenced by enhanced neurological responses and stable hemodynamic status. Continuous monitoring and appropriate nursing management supported the patient’s recovery process. Conclusion: Appropriate, timely, and continuous nursing care plays an important role in promoting recovery and improving outcomes in patients with Subdural Hematoma (SDH) and Cerebral Edema.
