Abstract

Latar Belakang: Sebanyak 66,7% pasien stroke memiliki kualitas hidup yang tidak baik. Berdasarkan Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) terakhir, prevalensi stroke di Indonesia mencapai 10,9 per 1.000 penduduk. Di tingkat regional, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah merupakan salah satu wilayah dengan prevalensi stroke yang cukup tinggi dan berada di atas rata-rata nasional. Tingginya angka ini sering kali dikaitkan dengan pola hidup, konsumsi makanan tinggi garam dan lemak, serta rendahnya deteksi dini terhadap faktor risiko hipertensi di masyarakat. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan masalah Intracerebral Hemorrhage (ICH) di Ruang Bedah Umum RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. Metode Penelitian: Menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang mengambil satu sampel berdasarkan purposive sampling pada kategori inklusi terhadap pasien Intracerebral Hemorrhage (ICH) di Ruang Bedah Umum RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. Hasil Penelitian: Pada saat pengakajian identitas dan mengalami nyeri akut di bagian kepala. Diagnosa Ny. A mencakup, Resiko Perfusi Serebral Tidak Efektif, Nyeri Akut, dan Gangguan Mobilitas Fisik. Dan dilakukan intervensi dengan rencana keperawatan Manajemen Peningkatan Tekanan Intracranial SIKI, Manajemen Nyeri, dan Dukungan Mobilisasi SIKI. Hasil implementasi dan evaluasi pasien masih mengalami nyeri akut pada bagian kepala dan lemas, serta mobilisasi pasien dibantu oleh keluarga. Kesimpulan: Selama intervensi menghasilkan data pasien masih dalam kondisi lemas dan mobilisasi gerak dibantu keluarga. Pada intervensi terakhir tekanan darah pasien berangsur turun dan kondisi pasien berangsur membaik, tetapi nyeri dalam skala ringan masih dirasakan oleh pasien. Kata Kunci: Stroke, Hipertensi, Intracerebral Hemorrhage (ICH) Background: As many as 66.7% of stroke patients have a poor quality of life. According to the latest Basic Health Research (Riskesdas), the prevalence of stroke in Indonesia is 10.9 per 1,000 people. At the regional level, Central Kalimantan Province is one of the areas with a relatively high prevalence of stroke, exceeding the national average. This high rate is often attributed to lifestyle factors, high consumption of salt and fat, and low rates of early detection of hypertension risk factors in the community. Research Objective: To provide nursing care to patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in the General Surgery Ward at Ulin Regional General Hospital in Banjarmasin. Research Method: A descriptive method with a case study approach was used, selecting a single sample based on purposive sampling within the inclusion criteria for patients with Intracerebral Hemorrhage (ICH) in the General Surgery Ward of Ulin General Hospital, Banjarmasin. Research Findings: At the time of the assessment, the patient reported experiencing acute head pain. Mrs. A’s diagnosis included Risk of Ineffective Cerebral Perfusion, Acute Pain, and Impaired Physical Mobility. Interventions were implemented according to the SIKI nursing care plan for Management of Increased Intracranial Pressure, Pain Management, and Support for Mobility. Following implementation and evaluation, the patient still experienced acute head pain and weakness, and her mobility was assisted by family members. Conclusion: Throughout the intervention, the patient remained weak and required assistance from family members to move. By the final intervention, the patient’s blood pressure had gradually decreased and their condition had gradually improved, though they still experienced mild pain.
