Abstract

Latar Belakang: Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) adalah perdarahan spontan pada jaringan otak yang menyebabkan gangguan fungsi neurologis dan dapat dipicu oleh beberapa faktor seperti riwayat penyakit hipertensi, hiperkolesterolemia, dan diabetes melitus. Dengan masalah gangguan mobilitas fisik, dilakukan latihan ROM secara konsisten untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot pada pasien strok hemoragik jenis intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) yang mengalami kelemahan otot. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah keperawatan pada pasien penderita strok hemoragik tipe intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) dengan melakukan pengkajian, menegakkan diagnosis keperawatan, menyusun intervensi, mengimplementasikan tindakan, dan mengevaluasi hasil keperawatan. Metode Penelitian: Karya tulis ilmiah ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukan Range of Motion pada kedua pasien dengan latihan 2 kali selama 3 hari, didapatkan bahwa kekuatan otot pada pasien 1 tidak mengalami peningkatan, sedangkan pada pasien 2 mengalami peningkatan. Kesimpulan: Latihan ROM pasif menunjukkan potensi untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot pada pasien strok hemoragik jenis intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). Namun, diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan jumlah sampel yang lebih besar untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih kuat. Kata Kunci: Intracerebral Hemorrhage (ICH); Gangguan Mobilitas Fisik; Range of Motion (ROM) Pasif ABSTRACT Background: Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is a spontaneous bleeding within the brain tissue that leads to neurological dysfunction. It is caused by several factors, including a history of hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, and diabetes mellitus. To address the issue of impaired physical mobility, consistent Range of Motion (ROM) exercises are performed to improve muscle strength in hemorrhagic strok patients of the ICH type who experience muscle weakness. Research Objective: This study aims to identify nursing problems in patients suffering from hemorrhagic strok of the intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) type by conducting assessments, establishing nursing diagnoses, planning interventions, implementing actions, and evaluating nursing outcomes. Research Methods: This scientific paper utilizes a case study approach. Research Results: The results indicated that after performing Range of Motion exercises twice daily for three days on both patients, the muscle strength scale for Patient 1 did not increase, whereas Patient 2 demonstrated an increase in the muscle strength scale. Conclusion: ROM exercises demonstrate the potential to improve muscle strength in one of the patients, indicating the need for further observation.
