Abstract

Latar Belakang: Angka cakupan pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Indonesia berfluktuasi dan cenderung menurun. Cakupan pemberian ASI Eksklusif tahun 2014 adalah 52, 3% dengan target 80%, naik pada tahun 2015 sebesar 55, 7% dengan target 39%, dan menurun kembali menjadi 29, 5% dengan target 42% pada tahun 2016. Cakupan ASI Eksklusif Provinsi Kalimantan-Tengah tahun 2014 adalah sebesar 15, 7%, meningkat menjadi 27, 58% pada tahun 2015 dan menurun kembali menjadi 20, 5 % pada tahun 2016. (Kementerian Kesehatan RI, 2016), (Kesehatan and Kalimantan, 2016). Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari profil Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah tahun 2016 di Kabupaten Katingan cakupan ASI Eksklusif 13,5 % sedangkan pada tahun 2017 cakupan ASI Eksklusif di Kabupaten Katingan meningkat menjadi 20 %. Kenaikan dari tahun 2016 ke tahun 2017 ini masih belum signifikan dan masih jauh dibawah cakupan target nasional yaitu sebesar 80% (Profil Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah tahun 2017) Tujuan: Mengetahui Pengaruh Konsumsi Jantung Pisang Kepok Terhadap Peningkatan Produksi Asi Pada Ibu Menyusui Di Puskesmas Kasongan II. . Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen (quasi experiment) dengan rancangan Pretest-posttest control Group Desing. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Besar sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 46 ibu menyusui yang berada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kasongan II. .Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil uji Paired Sample T-Test, didapatan perbedaan, terlihat nilai ratarata produksi ASI sebelum dan produksi ASI sesudah perlakuan mengalami peningkatan yaitu 0,4000 dengan standat deviasi 0,127, dan dengan standar error 0,266. Kesimpulan: perbedaan, terlihat nilai rata-rata produksi ASI sebelum dan produksi ASI sesudah perlakuan Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kasongan II.

The coverage of Exclusive ASI in 2014 was 52, 3% with a target of 80%, up in 2015 by 55, 7% with a target of 39%, and falling back to 29, 5% with a target of 42% in 2016. Coverage of Provincial Exclusive Breastfeeding Central Kalimantan in 2014 was 15, 7%, increased to 27, 58% in 2015 and declined again to 20, 5% in 2016. Based on data obtained from the profile of the 2016 Central Kalimantan Provincial Health Office in Katingan, the coverage of Exclusive Breastfeeding is 13.5% while in 2017 the coverage of Exclusive ASI in Katingan Regency increased to 20%. This increase from 2016 to 2017 is still not significant and is still far below the national target coverage of 80% (Profile of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Health Office in 2017) Objective: Knowing the Effect of Kepok Banana Heart Consumption on Increasing Breast Production in Breastfeeding Mothers at Kasongan II Health Center. Method: This study was a quasi-experimental study (quasi experiment) with the design of the pretest-posttest control group decision. The sampling technique used in this study was nonprobability sampling with a type of purposive sampling. The sample size used was 46 nursing mothers in the Kasongan II Health Center Working Area. Result: Based on the results of the Paired Sample T-Test, differences were found, the average value of ASI production before and production of ASI after treatment increased by 0.4000 with a standard deviation of 0.127, and with a standard error of 0.266.
