Abstract

Latar Belakang : Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut merupakan permasalahan yang sangat besar. Tidak ada total pasti penderita ISPA (Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut) namun diperkirakan lebih dari 2,2 juta kematian per tahun di dunia, terutama di Negara-negara berkembang.

Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui Gambaran Pasien Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut Pada Balita Di BLUD UPT Puskesmas Pahandut Palangka Raya Periode Tahun 2019.

Metode Penelitian : peneliti menggunakan metode dekskriptif dengan sumber data/buku register pihak BLUD UPT Puskesmas Pahandut Palangka Raya tahun 2019. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di BLUD UPT Puskesmas Pahandut Palangkaraya karena merupakan tempat kunjungan terbanyak pasien- pasien balita yang menderita ISPA di seluruh puskesmas di Kota Palangka Raya tahun 2019 jelas waktu penelitian untuk melakukan pengumpulan data yaitu pada tanggal 6 Februari sampai 12 Februari 2020. Alat pengumpul data yaitu format isian penelitian menggunakan SPSS. Untuk analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat.

Kesimpulan Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah balita penderita ISPA terbanyak yaitu pada kelompok usia 1-3 tahun dengan persentase 59,4 %, persentase balita penderita ISPA tertinggi adalah jenis kelamin laki-laki dengan persentase 52,3 %. Jumlah balita penderita ISPA berdasarkan status gizi yaitu satus gizinya normal sebanyak 78,7 % sedangkan berdasarkan diagnosa tertinggi adalah ISPA bukan pneumonia dengan persentase 97,5 %.

Background: Acute Respiratory Infection is a very big problem. Research Objective: To find out the description of Acute Respiratory Infection Patients in Toddlers in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Regional Public Service Agency Pahandut Palangka Raya in 2019. Research Methods: The researcher used the descriptive method with the data source / register book of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Pahandut Palangkaraya Public Service Center in 2019. This research was conducted at the Technical Implementation Unit of the Pahandut Palangkaraya Public Service Area Public Service Agency because it was the place where most patients visited toddlers suffering from ARI in all puskesmas in Palangkaraya City in 2019 were clear when the research was conducted to collect data, namely on February 6 through February 12, 2020. The data collection tool was the research filling format using SPSS. For data analysis using univariate analysis. Conclusion of Research Results: The results of this study indicate that the highest number of children under five with ARI is in the age group 1-3 years with a percentage of 59.4%, the highest percentage of children under five with ARI is male with a percentage of 52.3%. The number of children under five with ARI based on nutritional status is normal status 78.7% while the highest diagnosis is ARI not pneumonia with a percentage of 97.5%.
