Abstract

Latar Belakang : Permasalahan status gizi di Indonesia masih belum teratasi sepenuhnya hingga saat ini.

Tujuan : Untuk menggambarkan Status Gizi Anak Usia 6-24 Bulan berdasarkan Status Gizi Ibu Saat Hamil,Riwayat Pemberian ASI Eksklusif,Umur,Berat Lahir,Jumlah Saudara,Pendidikan dan Pekerjaan Ibu serta Penghasilan keluarga.

Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis univariat menggunakan data primer.

Hasil : Terdapat 32 responden (78%) gizi ibu saat hamil normal dan status gizi anak baik,16 anak (39%) tidak mendapat ASI eksklusif memiliki status gizi baik, 19 anak (46%) berusia 6-12 bulan status gizi baik, 30 anak (76%) berat lahir normal memiliki status gizi baik, 29 anak (71%) merupakan anak pertama dan 1 saudara memiliki status gizi baik, 14 responden (34,2%) berpendidikan Perguruan Tinggi dan status gizi anak baik, 13 ibu (32%) IRT memiliki anak dengan status gizi baik,37 responden (91%) berpenghasilan diatas standar UMK memiliki anak dengan status gizi baik.

Kesimpulan : Mayoritas anak memiliki status gizi baik,tetapi masih terdapat anak dengan status gizi kurang dikarenakan perbedaan asupan nutrisi,pemberian ASI eksklusif,pengetahuan dan pendidikan ibu. Diharapkan ibu lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang nutrisi dan status gizi. Bagi Tenaga Kesehatan disarankan untuk memberikan penyuluhan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang status gizi anak.

Background : The problem of nutritional status in Indonesia is still not fully resolved to date.

Aim : To describe the nutritional status of children aged 6-24 months based on the nutritional status of mothers during pregnancy, history of exclusive breastfeeding, age, birth weight, number of siblings, education and Mother's occupation and family income.

Method : This research is a quantitative descriptive study with univariate analysis using primary data.

Results : There were 32 respondents (78%) with normal nutrition during pregnancy and good nutritional status of children, 16 children (39%) who did not receive exclusive breastfeeding had good nutritional status, 19 children (46%) aged 6-12 months with good nutritional status, 30 children (76%) normal birth weight have good nutritional status, 29 children (71%) are the first child and 1 sibling has good nutritional status, 14 respondents (34.2%) have college education and good nutritional status, 13 mothers (32 %) IRT have children with good nutritional status, 37 respondents (91%) earning above the UMK standard have children with good nutritional status.

Conclusion : The majority of children have good nutritional status, but there are still children with poor nutritional status due to differences in nutritional intake, exclusive breastfeeding, mother's knowledge and education. It is hoped that mothers will increase their knowledge about nutrition and nutritional status. Health workers are advised to provide counseling to increase mother's knowledge about the nutritional status of children.
