Abstract

Latar belakang : Berdasarkan data laporan Puskesmas Jabiren, jumlah ibu hamil yang Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK) tahun 2018 berjumlah 28 orang, tahun 2019 ibu hamil KEK berjumlah 22 orang, dan tahun 2020 ibu hamil KEK berjumlah 17 orang.

Tujuan : Mengetahui gambaran Kejadian Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jabiren Kabupaten Pulang Pisau.

Metode : Menggunakan metode deskriptif, mengambil data primer. Sampel sebanyak 40 orang responden. Teknik pengambilan data accidental sampling. Analisis data disajikan dalam distrubusi frekuensi presentase.

Hasil : Penelitian yang dilakukan pada 40 orang responden ibu hamil didapatkan ibu hamil KEK 15 orang (37.5 %) dan ibu hamil tidak KEK 25 orang (62.5 %). Ibu hamil KEK semua pada kelompok usia tidak beresiko 15 orang (100 %), Pendidikan SD-SMP 10 orang (66.67 %). Tidak bekerja (IRT) 15 orang (100%). Pendapatan perbulan dibawah Upah Minimum Regional Kabupaten Pulang Pisau 15 orang (100 %). Jarak kehamilan tidak beresiko 15 orang (100 %). Paritas multipara 11 orang (73.33 %), Indeks Massa Tubuh normal 10 orang (66.7 %). Pengetahuan kurang 6 orang (40 %). Sikap negatif 14 orang (93.33 %).

Kesimpulan : Hasil penelitian kejadian KEK pada ibu hamil banyak pada kelompok usia tidak beresiko, pendidikan SD - SMP, tidak bekerja, pendapatan perbulan dibawah upah minimum regional , jarak kehamilan tidak beresiko, multipara, Indeks Massa Tubuh normal, pengetahuan kurang, dan sikap negatif.

Results: Research conducted on 40 pregnant women respondents found 15 people with chronic energy deficiency (37.5%) pregnant women and 25 pregnant women with no chronic energy deficiency (62.5%). Pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency all in the age group are not at risk 15 people (100%), Elementary School Education - Junior High School 10 people (66.67%). Not working 15 people (100%). Monthly income below the Regional Minimum Wage Pulang Pisau 15 people (100%). Pregnancy spacing is not at risk 15 people (100%). Conclusion: The results of the study of the incidence of chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women were many in the age group not at risk, elementary-junior high school education, Not working, monthly income below the Regional Minimum Wage, Pregnancy distance is not at risk, multipara, normal body mass index, lack of knowledge , and a negative attitude.
