Abstract
Latar Belakang : Remaja putri pada masa pubertas mengalami pertumbuhan pesat sehingga kebutuhan zat besi juga meningkat untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhannya sehingga sangat berisiko untuk mengalami anemia gizi besi. Prevalensi anemia pada remaja di Indonesia sebesar 32%. Proporsi anemia pada perempuan 27,2% lebih besar dibanding laki-laki sebesar 20,3%
Tujuan : Untuk menganalisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kejadian Anemia Pada Remaja Putri Di Sekolah Menengah Atas Muhammadiyah 2 Kota Palangka Raya
Metodologi Penelitian : Menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel; remaja putri SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palangka Raya sebanyak 68 orang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi
Hasil : Mayoritas responden tidak anemia (69,1%), usia remaja akhir (67,6%), lama haid normal (97%), IMT normal (83,8%), LiLA dengan gizi baik (61,8%), tidak mengkonsumsi obat cacing (98,5%), tidak mengkosumsi tablet Fe (92,6%), tidak mempunyai perilaku diet (89,7%) dan mempunyai kebiasaan sarapan (97%).
Saran : Diharapkan agar adanya peningkatan pengetahuan pada remaja putri tentang manfaat tablet besi, perilaku diet yang sehat dan kebiasaan sarapan yang menunjang kesehatan remaja putri dalam upaya pencegahan anemia
Kesimpulan : Dari hasil uji statistik ditemukan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kejadian anemia pada remaja putri dengan usia (p-value 1,000), lama haid (p-value 1,000), konsumsi obat cacing (p-value 1,000), konsumsi tablet Fe (p-value 0,314). Dan ada hubungan signifikan antara kejadian anemia pada remaja putri dengan IMT (p-value 0,018), LiLa (p-value 0,003), perilaku diet (p-value 0,025) dan kebiasaan sarapan (p-value 0,003).
Background : Adolescent girls during puberty experience rapid growth so that the need for iron also increases to increase their growth so they are very at risk for iron deficiency anemia. The prevalence of anemia in adolescents in Indonesia is 32%. The proportion of anemia in women is 27.2% greater than men by 20.3%
Objective : To analyze the factors related to the incidence of anemia in young women at Muhammadiyah 2 Senior High School, Palangka Raya City. Research Methodology: Using a cross sectional design. Samples; there are 68 young women of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palangka Raya who meet the inclusion criteria
Results : The majority of respondents were not anemic (69.1%), late adolescence (67.6%), normal menstrual period (97%), normal BMI (83.8%), LiLA with good nutrition (61.8%) , did not take deworming medicine (98.5%), did not take Fe tablets (92.6%), did not have dietary behavior (89.7%) and had breakfast habits (97%).
Suggestion : It is hoped that there will be an increase in knowledge among young women about the benefits of iron tablets, healthy dietary behavior and breakfast habits that support the health of young women in an effort to prevent anemia.
Conclusion : From the results of statistical tests, it was found that there was no significant relationship between the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls with age (p-value 1,000), length of menstruation (p-value 1,000), consumption of deworming drugs (p-value 1,000), consumption of Fe tablets (p-value 1,000). p-value 0.314). And there is a significant relationship between the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls with BMI (p-value 0.018), LiLa (p-value 0.003), dietary behavior (p-value 0.025) and breakfast habits (p-value 0.003).
