Abstract
Anemia pada ibu hamil yang dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan janin saat kehamilan maupun setelahnya. Ibu hamil di Indonesia tahun 2018 mengalami anemia sebesar 48,6%. Salah satu kebijakan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kebutuhan gizi ibu hamil adalah dengan pemberian tablet Fe. Daun kelor merupakan salah satu tanaman herbal yang dapat meningkatkan gizi dan kadar Hb ibu hamil.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi puding daun kelor terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil dengan anemia.
Desain penelitian Quasi experiment dengan Pretest and Posttest with control group. Variabel independennya pemberian pudding daun kelor dan variabel dependennya kadar Hb. Populasinya adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang anemia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Samuda Kotawaringin Timur dengan jumlah sampel masing-masing 20 responden kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol diambil secara purposive sampling. Instrumen menggunakan wawancara dan dianalisis menggunakan uji t paired dan t independent (α=0,05).
Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji t paired menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh peningkatan kadar Hb ibu hamil pada kelompok kontrol (Sig = 0,000) dan kelompok intervensi (Sig = 0,000). Hasil uji t independent menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kadar Hb ibu hamil antara kelompok kontrol dan intervensi (sig = 0,000). Dapat disimpulkan pemberian konsumsi puding daun kelor berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil dengan anemia.
Anemia in pregnant women that could affect the growth and development of the fetus during pregnancy and after. Pregnant women in Indonesia in 2018 experienced anemia by 48.6%. One of the government's policies to increase the nutritional needs of pregnant women was by giving Fe tablets. Moringa leaves were one of the herbal plants that could improve nutrition and Hb levels of pregnant women.
The aimed of this study was to determine the effect of Moringa leaves pudding consumption on increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia.
This research was implemented Quasi experiment research design with Pretest and Posttest with control group. The independent variable was Moringa leaves pudding and the dependent variable was Hb levels. The population was all anemic pregnant women in the working area of the East Kotawaringin Samuda Health Center with a sample of 20 respondents each intervention group and control group taken by purposive sampling. The instrument used by researcher was interviews and it was analyzed by using paired and independent t tests (α=0.05).
The results of the study using paired t test showed an effect of increasing Hb levels of pregnant women in the control group (Sig = 0.000) and the intervention group (Sig = 0.000). The results of the independent t test showed that there was a difference in increased Hb levels of pregnant women between the control and intervention groups (sig = 0.000). It could be concluded that the consumption of Moringa leaves pudding affected the increase in hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia.
