Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Pemahaman dan ketidakpatuhan pasien dalam perencanaan makan merupakan salah satu kendala dalam pengobatan DM tipe II, sehingga di perlukan media dengan menggunakan edukasi dan pemberian booklet. Pemberian edukasi dapat meningkatkan perilaku patuh pada pasien DM tipe 2. Tujuannya: Diketahui pengaruh pemberian edukasi diet dengan media Booklet terhadap pengetahuan dan kepatuhan diet pada pasien DM tipe 2 di RSUD Hanau Kabupaten Seruyan. Metode Penelitian: Rancangan digunakan adalah Quasy Experiment menggunakan rancangan one group pre dan post test design. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Data pengetahuan diperoleh melalui kuesioner pengetahuan diet, data kepatuhan diet diperoleh sebelum Food Recall 1x24 jam dan sesudah Food weighing 1x24 jam. Sampel yang digunakan terdapat 7 orang penderita DM .Uji statistik menggunakan uji t-dependen dan uji Mc Nemar. Hasil: Penelitian pengetahuan menunjukkan 66,7% pasien tidak patuh sebelum diberikan edukasi dan meningkat 93,3% setelah diberikan edukasi menggunakan Booklet, hasil kepatuhan menunjukkan sebelum diberikan eduksi 100% tidak patuh setelah diberikan edukasi pasien patuh 71,5%. Hasil uji statistik pengetahuan diperoleh nilai p-value 0,002 yang berarti p-value 0,05 ada pengaruh terhadap pengetahuan pasien DM Tipe 2. Dan hasil uji Mc Nemar nilai p-value 0,063 α 0, 05 bahwa tidak ada pengaruh pemberian edukasi diet dengan booklet terhadap kepatuhan pasien DM Tipe 2 di RSUD Hanau. Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh pemberian edukasi diet dengan media booklet terhadap pengetahuan pada pasien DM Tipe 2, dan Tidak ada pengaruh pemberian edukasi diet dengan media booklet terhadap kepatuhan diet pada pasien DM Tipe 2 di RSUD Hanau Kabupaten Seruyan. 90 hlm;2023: 9 tabel;2 gambar Daftar Pustaka: 45 buah (2013-2022) Kata Kunci: DM, edukasi, pengetahuan, kepatuhan, booklet ABSTRAC Background: patients understanding and disobedience on food planning is one of the obstacles treatments of DM type II, so using of education and booklet administration is needed as a media. The Aim: it has known the effect of diet education using media of dietary Booklet to knowledge and patients’ compliance of DM type 2 at RSUD Hanau, Seruyan Regency. Research Method: The research design was used Quasy Experiment using a one group pre design and post test design. The sampling technique is purposive sampling by considering a characteristic of the existing population. the sample was used 7 people patient of DM that consisting of 5 female patients and 2 male patients. Statistics test using the Wilcoxon signed Ranks test and the Mc Nemar test Results: Research on knowledge showed that 66.7% of patients were disobedient before being given education and increased by 93.3% after being given education using booklets. The results of the knowledge statistical test obtained a p-value of 0.002, which means that a p-value of 0.05 has an effect on the knowledge of Type 2 DM patients. And the results of the Mc Nemar test have a p-value of 0.063 α 0.05 that there is no effect of providing diet education with booklets on adherence of Type 2 DM patients at Hanau Hospital Conclusion: There is an influence on diet education with booklet to the patients’ knowledge of DM Type 2, and There is no effect of diet education with a booklet on the dietary compliace to the patients of DM Type 2 at RSUD Hanau Seruyan Regency. 90 pp;2023: 9 tables;2 pictures Bibliography: 45 pieces (2013-2022) Keywords:DM, education, knowledge, compliance, booklet
