Abstract

ABSTRAK
Latar belakang : penyakit stroke merupakan penyebab kematian kedua dan
penyebab disabilitas ketiga di dunia. Terjadinya peningkatan risiko stroke akan
seiring dengan peningkatan tekanan darah. Berbagai bukti ilmiah mendukung
konsep bahwa berbagai faktor gizi sangat mempengaruhi tekanan darah salah
satunya adalah asupan kalium.
Tujuan : mengetahui pengaruh pemberian “Strokhies” terhadap perubahan
tekanan darah pasien stroke selama perawatan di Ruang Nusa Indah RSUD dr.
Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya.
Metode Penelitian : penelitian ini bersifat kuasi eksperimental dengan rancangan
two group pre test-post test with control group. Sampel penelitian didapatkan
sebanyak 28 orang dan dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yang dipilih sesuai dengan
kriteria inklusi dengan metode purposive sampling. Perlakuan dilakukan selama
sampel dirawat. Analisis data menggunakan Uji independent t-test. Penelitian
dilakukan selama bulan Januari sampai dengan Maret 2023.
Hasil Penelitian : dari data karakteristik sampel berdasarkan umur didapatkan
kelompok umur 30-49 tahun sebanyak 2 orang (14,3%) dan kelompok umur 50-59
tahun sebanyak 12 orang (85,7%). Berdasarkan jenis kelamin didapatkan laki-laki
sebanyak 11 orang (78,6%) dan peremppuan sebanyak 3 orang (21,4%).
Berdasarkan status gizi didapatkan status gizi normal sebanyak 10 orang (71,4%)
dan status gizi kurang sebanyak 4 orang (28,6%). Tidak ada perbedaan yang
bermakna perubahan tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik pada kelompok
perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. dengan nilai p – value tekanan darah sistolik
0,202 dan p – value tekanan darah diastolik 0,578 ( p – value > 0,05).
Kesimpulan : tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna perubahan tekanan darah
sistolik dan diastolik pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Namun
secara klinis terdapat perbedaan yang terjadi antara perubahan tekanan darah
sistolik dan diastolik pada kelompok perlakuan maupun kontrol

Background: Stroke is the second leading cause of death third disability in the
world. The occurrence of an increased risk of stroke will go hand in hand with
increase in blood pressure. Various scientific evidence supports the concept that
various factors Nutrition greatly affects blood pressure, one of which is potassium
intake.
Objective: Knowing the effect of giving "Strokhies" to changes in blood pressure
stroke patients during treatment in the Nusa Indah Room of RSUD dr. Doris
Sylvanus Palangka Raya
Research methods: This research is quasi-experimental by designtwo group pre
test-post test with control group. The sample of the study was obtained as many as
28 people and divided into two groups which were selected according to the
inclusion criteria by the methodpurposive sampling. The treatment was carried out
while the sample was being treated. Data analysis using Test independent t-test.
The research was conducted from January to March 2023.
Research result: From the data on the characteristics of the sample based on age,
the group is obtained aged 30-49 years as many as 2 people (14.3%) and age
group 50-59 years as many as 12 people (85.7%). Based on gender, there were 11
men (78.6%) and women as many as 3 people (21.4%). Based on nutritional
status, nutritional status is obtained normal as many as 10 people (71.4%) and
malnutrition status as many as 4 people (28.6%).There was no significant
difference in changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the treatment
group and the control group. with valuep – systolic blood pressure value 0.202

Conclusion: there is no significant difference in changes in systolic and diastolic
blood pressure in the treatment group and the control group. However, clinically
there were differences between systolic and diastolic blood pressure changes in
the treatment and control groups
