Abstract

Anemia merupakan kondisi medis yang terjadi ketika jumlah sel darah merah dalam tubuh lebih rendah dari jumlah normal. Anemia dapat terjadi dikarenakan kurangnya asupan yang dapat meningkatkan kadar Hb dalam tubuh. Salah satu penanganan masalah gizi tersebut dengan pemanfaatan pangan lokal seperti kelakai sebagai bahan tambahan untuk inovasi makanan kekininian seperti pizza. Pizza telah menjadi hidangan kuliner mendunia yang disukai berbagai kalangan karena memiliki cita rasa yang lezat.

Kelakai is rich in calcium and iron minerals. Anemia can occur in the community due to a lack of intake that can increase Hb levels, such as fast food which tastes relatively good, is easy, and is practical to carry anywhere such as burgers, french fries, sausages, nuggets, and pizza. Pizza is a ready-to-eat food that is much liked by people, especially children to adults. Pizza has become a worldwide culinary dish that is liked by various groups because it has a delicious taste. Pizza usually uses toppings such as cheese, mushrooms and meat sauce, there are various local food ingredients that can be additional ingredients for food innovation.
