Abstract
ABSTRAK Pendahuluan : Dismenore primer merupakan nyeri haid yang sering dialami olehremaja putri dan dapat menganggu aktivitas sehari-hari. Faktor yang berkontribusiterhadap kejadian dismenore primer antara lain tingkat stres, sosial ekonomi,perilaku konsumsi makanan, dan status gizi. Stres dapat meningkatkan produksihormon prostaglandin yang dapat memicu nyeri saat haid, sosial ekonomimempengaruhi pengetahuan dan sikap pada nyeri haid, perilaku konsumsi makanandapat mempengaruhi metabolisme tubuh serta status gizi yang tidak optimal dapatmempengaruhi keseimbangan hormon yang berperan pada tubuh dan silkus haid.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat stres, sosial ekonomi,perilaku konsumsi makanan dan status gizi terhadap dismenore primer pada remajaputri di SMAN 4 Palangka Raya.Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan studi observasional dengan desain cross-sectional menggunakan metode stratified random sampling. Populasi penelitian iniadalah remaja putri di SMAN 4 Palangka Raya. Sampel sebanyak 248 remaja putri.Analisis data dialakukan menggunakan uji statistik Chi-Square.Hasil : Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebagian besar remaja putri mengalami stressebanyak 147 (59,3%) remaja putri, sosial ekonomi rendah sebanyak 128 (51,6%)remaja putri, perilaku konsumsi makanan cepat saji sering sebanyak 138 (55,6%)remaja putri, status gizi tidak normal sebanyak 136 (54,8%) remaja putri danmengalami dismenore primer sebanyak 198 (79,8%) remaja putri. Hasilmenunjukan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat stres terhadapdismenore primer (p=000,1), antara sosial ekonomi terhadap dismenore primer(p=0,001), antara perilaku konsumsi makanan cepat saji terhadap dismenore primer(p=0,001) dan antara status gizi terhadap dismenore primer (p=0,001).Diskusi : Adanya hubungan antara tingkat stress, sosial ekonomi, perilakukonsumsi makanan cepat saji dan status gizi terhadap dismenore primer.Kata Kunci : dismenore primer, tingkat stres, sosial ekonomi, perilaku konsumsimakanan cepat saji, status gizi. ABSTRACTIntruduction : Primary dysmenorrhea is menstrual pain frequently experienced byadolescent girls and can disrupt daily activities. Contributing factors to primarydysmenorrhea include stress levels, socioeconomic status, dietary habits, andnutritional status. Stress can increase the production of prostaglandin hormones,which can trigger menstrual pain. Socioeconomic status influences knowledge andattitudes about menstrual pain. Dietary habits can affect metabolism. Suboptimalnutritional status can affect the balance of hormones that play a role in the bodyand the menstrual cycle. This study aims to determine the relationship betweenstress levels, socioeconomic status, food consumption behavior and nutritionalstatus with primary dysmenorrhea in female adolescents at SMAN 4 PalangkaRaya.Methods : This study used an observational cross-sectional design using stratifiedrandom sampling. The study population was adolescent girls at SMAN 4 PalangkaRaya. The sample size was 248. Data analysis was performed using the Chi-Squarestatistical test.Results : The study found that 147 (59.3%) adolescent girls experienced stress, 128(51.6%) girls were from low socioeconomic backgrounds, 138 (55.6%) girlsfrequently consumed fast food, 136 (54.8%) girls had abnormal nutritional status,and 198 (79.8%) girls experienced primary dysmenorrhea. The results showed asignificant relationship between stress levels and primary dysmenorrhea(p=0.001), between socioeconomic status and primary dysmenorrhea (p=0.001),between fast food consumption behavior and primary dysmenorrhea (p=0.001),and between nutritional status and primary dysmenorrhea (p=0.001).Discussion : There is a relationship between stress levels, socioeconomic status,fast food consumption behavior, and nutritional status with primary dysmenorrhea.Keywords : primary dysmenorrhea, stress levels, socioeconomic status, fast foodconsumption behavior, nutritional status.
