Abstract

Latar Belakang : Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara berkembang dengan jumlah penduduk terbesar di dunia. Indonesia masih berada di peringkat keempat dari hasil perhitungan BPS ( Badan Pusat Statistik ) dengan jumlah penduduk 5 terbesar di dunia. Program keluarga berencana nasional merupakan program pembangunan sosial dasar yang sangat penting bagi pembangunan nasional dan kemajuan bangsa (BKKBN, 2020). Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya minat pasangan usia subur dalam memilih alat kontrasepsi implant meliputi pengetahuan, sikap dan dukungan suami. Tujuan : mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan rendahnya minat pasangan usia subur dalam memilih alat kontrasepsi implant di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Talekung Punei. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan cross-sectional, dengan populasi pasangan usia subur dan sampel sebanyak 45 responden. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, pengolahan data menggunakan univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square. Hasil : Tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan nilai p-value 0,209, sikap nilai pvalue 0,706 dan dukungan suami nilai p-value 0,342. Diskusi : Tidak terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap dan dukungan suami dengan minat pasangan usia subur dalam memilih kontrasepsi implant di Puskesmas Talekung Punei tahun 2026. Kata Kunci : Implant, PUS, Faktor-faktor Background : Indonesia is one of the developing countries with the largest population in the world. According to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Indonesia still ranks fourth in terms of population, with the fifth largest population in the world. The national family planning program is a basic social development program that is crucial for national development and national progress (BKKBN, 2020). Factors influencing the low interest of fertile couples in choosing implantable contraceptives include knowledge, attitudes, and husbands' support. Objective : to determine the factors related to the low interest of fertile age couples in choosing implant contraceptives in the work area of the Talekung Punei Community Health Center UPT. Method : This study employed a cross-sectional design involving couples of reproductive age, with a sample size of 45 respondents. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire, and data processing used univariate and bivariate data with the chi-square test. Results : There is no relationship between knowledge (p-value 0.209), attitude (pvalue 0.706) and husband's support (p-value 0.342). Discussion : There is no relationship between knowledge, attitudes and husband's support with the interest of fertile age couples in choosing implant contraception at the Talekung Punei Community Health Center in 2026.
