Abstract

Latar Belakang :Menurut Survey Demografi Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) (2012), Prevalensi dermatitis popok dalam populasi umum adalah antara 7 % dan 35%, prevalensi bayi dirawat di rumah sakitdan anak-anak berkisar dari 17 % menjadi43%, di Amerika Serikat sekitar 1 jutakunjungan perawatan kesehatan untukdermatitis popok terjadi per tahun, dengan25 % dari anak-anak berisiko di diagnosisdengan dermatitis. Tujuan penelitian : Pengaruh Pemberian Minyak Kelapa Terhadap Kejadian Diaper Dermatitis Pada Neonatus RSUD dr.Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya. Mode Penelitian :Rancangan yang digunakan quasi eksperimental design,dengan pendekatan One group pretest-postettest design. Teknik sampel dengan non prbability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling sebanyak 35 sample neonatus dengan variabel independen minyak kelapa, variabel dependen Kejadian diaper dermatitis , dan variabel luar Derajat diaper, pendidikan orang tua, pekerjaan orang tua dan lama penggunaan popok. Berat badan bayi dan lama penggunaan popok. Analisis univariat menggunakan distribusi, frenkuesi, dan persentasi. Analisa bivariat menggunakan uji paired t-test Hasil : Hasil uji paired t-test Menunjukan ada Pengaruh Pemberian Minyak Kelapa Terhadap Kejadian Diaper Dermatitis Pada Neonatus. dengan p value = 0,02<0.05 Poltekkes Kemenkes Palangka Raya Saran : dapat dilanjutkan penelitian serupa yang memuat lebih banyak analisis pengaruh Pemberian Minyak Kelapa terhadap Kejadian Diaper Dermatitis Pada Neonatus. Kesimpulan : Ada Pengaruh Minyak Kelapa Terhadap Kejadian Diaper Dermatitis Pada Neonatus di RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya.

Background: According to the Indonesian Health Demographic Survey (SDKI) (2012), the prevalence of diaper dermatitis in the general population is between 7% and 35%, the prevalence of infants admitted to hospitals and children ranges from 17% to 43%, in the United States around 1 the number of health care visits for diaper dermatitis occurs annually, with 25% of children at risk of being diagnosed with dermatitis. The purpose of the study: The Effect of Coconut Oil on Diaper Dermatitis in the Neonate Hospital of Dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya. Research Mode: The design used was quasi experimental design, with the One group pretest-postettest design approach. The sample technique with non Poltekkes Kemenkes Palangka Raya prbability sampling with purposive sampling as many as 35 neonate samples with independent variables of coconut oil, dependent variable diaper event dermatitis, and outside variables diaper degree, parental education, parental work and duration of diaper use. Baby weight and duration of diaper use. Univariate analysis uses distribution, frenkuesi, and percentage. Bivariate analysis uses paired t-test Results: Paired t-test results showed there was an effect of giving coconut oil to diaper dermatitis events in neonates. with p value = 0.02 <0.05 Suggestion: can continue similar research which contains more analysis of the effect of Giving Coconut Oil on Diaper Dermatitis Events in Neonates. Conclusion: There is the Effect of Coconut Oil on Diaper Dermatitis Events in Neonates in Dr. Doris Sylvanus Hospital, Palangka Raya.
