Abstract
Indonesia saat ini sedang menghadapi bencana nasional non alam yaitu COVID-19 sehingga pelayanan kesehatan maternal dan neonatal menjadi salah satu layanan yang terkena dampak baik secara akses maupun kualitas, anjuran menunda pemeriksaan kehamilan dan kelas ibu hamil tapi dapat mengikuti kelas ibu secara online. Angka kejadian anemia dalam kehamilan yaitu 3,8 % pada trimester I, 13,6% pada trimester II dan 24,8% pada trimester III. Pada wanita hamil, anemia meningkatkan frekuensi komplikasi pada kehamilan dan persalinan. Risiko kematian maternal, angka prematuritas, berat badan bayi lahir rendah, dan angka kematian perinatal meningkat. Prevalensi anemia pada ibu hamil di dominasi oleh Anemia defisiensi besi yang di sebabkan oleh kurangnya zat besi dalam tubuh, Pencegahan dan penanganan anemia defisiensi besi bisa di lakukan dengan cara mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah (Fe),Salah satu zat yang sangat membantu penyerapan zat besi adalah vitamin C(asam askorbat). Asam askorbat dapat di peroleh dari tablet vitamin C atau secara alami terdapat pada buahbuahan dan sayuran dan jambu biji mengandung asam askorbat 2 kali lipat dari jeruk. Tujuan: Mengetahui Pengaruh pembuatan kelas online ibu hamil tentang pembuatan jus jambu biji terhadap Kadar Hb ibu hamil trimester II di PMB wilayah Kelurahan Bukit Tunggal Metode: Jenis penelitian ini quasi experiment dengan Desain penelitian Pre Post Test Control Group Design. Besar sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 ibu hamil. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini lembar check list dan alat pemeriksaan kadar Hb easy Touch dan buku catatan. Data diambil menggunakan data primer . Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan ibu hamil dan untuk data hemoglobin dengan cara pemeriksaan kadar HB dengan alat easy touch. Hasil: Analisa bivariat menggunakan uji uji paired t-test di dapatkan nilai p-value = 0,000 (< 0,05) Kesimpulan: Ada Pengaruh Tablet Fe plus Jambu biji terhadap Kadar Hb ibu hamil II di wilayahPMB Kelurahan bukit Tunggal. Saran : Diharapkan dengan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan dapat menambah wawasan dan informasi pada ibu-ibu hamil khususnya pada kehamilan trimester II mengenai Pengaruh pemberian Tablet Fe plus Jus jambu biji terhadap kenaikan Kadar Hb ibu hamil Trimester II.
Indonesia is currently facing a non-natural national disaster, namely COVID-19, so that maternal and neonatal health services are one of the services that are affected both in terms of access and quality, it is recommended to postpone pregnancy examinations and classes for pregnant women but can join online maternal classes. The incidence of anemia in pregnancy was 3.8% in the first trimester, 13.6% in the second trimester and 24.8% in the third trimester. In pregnant women, anemia increases the frequency of complications in pregnancy and childbirth. The risk of maternal mortality, prematurity rates, low birth weight and perinatal mortality rates are increasing. The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women is dominated by iron deficiency anemia which is caused by a lack of iron in the body.Prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia can bedone by consuming blood added tablets (Fe). One of the substances that really helps iron absorption is vitamin C (ascorbic acid). Ascorbic acid can be obtained from vitamin C tablets or naturally found in fruits and vegetables and guava contains twice as much ascorbic acid as oranges. Objective: To determine the effect of making online classes for pregnant women on making guava juice on the hemoglobin levels of pregnant women in trimester II in PMB, Bukit Tunggal area Method: This type of research is a quasi experiment with Pre Post Test Control Group Design research design. The sample size used was 40 pregnant women. The data collection tool in this study was a check list sheet and an easy Touch Hb level check tool and a notebook. The data is taken using primary data. Methods of data collection through interviews with pregnant women and for hemoglobin data by checking HB levels with an easy touch tool. Results:Bivariate analysis using the paired t-test test obtained p-value = 0.000 (<0.05) Conclusion: There is an effect of Fe plus Guava Tablets on the Hb levels of pregnant women II in the PMB area of Bukit Tunggal Suggestion:It is hoped that the provision of health education can add insight and information to pregnant women, especially in the second trimester of pregnancy regarding the effect of giving Fe tablets plus guava juice on the increase in hemoglobin levels of pregnant women in trimester II.
