Abstract

Salah satu hal yang perlu mendapat perhatian setelah penggunaan suatu kontrasepsi adalah kembalinya kesuburan. Keterlambatan kesuburan bukanlah disebabkan oleh terjadinya kelainan atau kerusakan pada organ genetalia, melainkan karena masih ada saja terjadi pelepasan hormone progesterone yang terus-menerus dari kontrasepsi yag digunakan. Kembalinya kesuburan yang ditandai dengan teraturnya siklus menstruasi setelah berhenti KB suntik memang memerlukan waktu yang bervariasi. Kesuburan tidak akan langsung kembali setelah penghentian KB suntik. Tujuan Penelitian ini Mengetahui Hubungan Antara Waktu Hamil Dengan Akseptor Kontrasepsi Hormonal Di PMB Hj.SS Kota Palangka Raya Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif analitik dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi dalalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu hamil multipara dan grandemultipara dengan riwayat terakhir menggunakan kontrasepsi hormonal dengan besar sampel sebanyak 42 orang. Uji statistik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji Chi- Square Hasil Uji statistik diperoleh data akseptor kontrasepsi jenis Pil cenderung untuk hamil ≤ 6 bulan sebesar 8,4 kali (p Value 0,025 < a 0,05), akseptor kontrasepsi suntik 1 bulan cenderung untuk hamil ≤ 6 bulan sebesar 42 kali (p value 0,000< a 0,05). Sedangkan pada variabel perancu yang memiliki hubungan dengan waktu hamil kembali adalah umur (P value 0,000), riwayat haid dengan siklus 25-35 hari (P value 0,003), lama pemakaian kontrasepsi (P value 0,008) dan frekuensi hubungan seksual 2-3x dalam seminggu (P value 0,018). Oleh karena itu, sebagai tenaga kesehatan khususnya bidan disarankan untuk lebih efektif dalam memberikan pelayanan kontrasepsi sehingga mampu memberikan pelayanan kontrasepsi yang bermutu.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between time of pregnancy and users of hormonal contraception in the midwife practice Palangkaraya City This type of research is quantitative analytic with cross sectional research design. The population in this study were all multiparous and grandemultant pregnant women with a recent history of using hormonal contraception with a large sample of 42 people. The statistical test used in this study is the Chi-Square test The result of the statistical test is that the contraceptive acceptor of the pill type tends to get pregnant ≤ 6 months by 8,4 (p Value 0.025 <a 0.05), 1 month injection contraceptive acceptors tend to get pregnant ≤ 6 months by 42 (p value 0.000 <a 0.05 ). While the confounding variables that have a relationship with the time to get pregnant again are age (P value 0,000), menstrual history with a cycle of 25-35 days (P value 0.003), duration of use of contraception (P value 0.008) and frequency of sexual relations 2-3x in a week (P value 0.018). Therefore, as health workers, especially midwives, it is suggested to be more effective in providing contraceptive services so that they can provide quality contraceptive services.
