Abstract

Latar Belakang: Angka Kematian Neonatal, Bayi dan Balita menjadi salah satu indikator kesehatan anak. Upaya pemeliharaan kesehatan bayi dan anak harus ditujukan untuk mempersiapkan generasi yang akan datang yang sehat, cerdas, dan berkualitas serta untuk menurunkan angka kematian bayi dan anak. Upaya kesehatan anak antara lain diharapkan untuk mampu menurunkan angka kematian anak. Kesehatan bayi dan balita harus dipantau untuk memastikan kesehatan mereka selalu dalam kondisi optimal. Untuk itu dipakai indikator-indikator yang bisa menjadi ukuran keberhasilan upaya peningkatan kesehatan bayi dan balita, salah satu diantaranya adalah pelayanan kesehatan anak balita. Tujuan: Mengetahui Pengaruh Pendidikan Kesehatan Media Power Point terhadap Tingkat Pengetahuan dan Sikap Ibu dalam Meningkatkan Kunjungan Balita di Wilayah Kerja Pustu Rimba Sari Kabupaten Barito Utara. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre-eksperimental dengan desain penelitiannya one group pretest posttest. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Besar sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 responden, Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil: Hasil analisis sikap ibu pretest responden memperoleh nilai minimal 5 dan maksimal 12 yang artinya terdapat ibu yang memiliki sikap buruk dan setelah posttest responden memperoleh nilai minimal 10 dan maksimal 12 yang artinya terdapat peningkatan sikap dengan nilai p value = 0,000. Dari hasil analisis pengetahuan ibu pretest responden memperoleh nilai minimal 5 dan maksimal 11 dan setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan power point responden memperoleh nilai minimal 5 dan maksimal 11 dengan nilai p value = 0,000. Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan media power point terhadap tingkat tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap ibu dalam meningkatkan kunjungan posyandu balita di Desa Rimba Sari.

Background: Neonatal, infant and under-five mortality rates are indicators of children's health. Efforts to maintain the health of infants and children must be aimed at preparing future generations who are healthy, intelligent, and of high quality and to reduce infant and child mortality. Child health efforts are expected to be able to reduce child mortality. The health of infants and toddlers must be monitored to ensure their health is always in optimal condition. For this reason indicators are used to measure the success of efforts to improve the health of infants and toddlers, one of which is the health services for children under five. Objective: Knowing the Effect of Health Education Media Power Point on the Level of Knowledge and Attitudes of Mothers in Increasing Visits of Toddler visits in working area of the Rimba Sari Sub District Health Center in North Barito District. Method: The method that was used in this research was pre-experimental research with one group pretest posttest research design. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling with the type of purposive sampling. The sample size that used was 30 respondents. The instrument that was used in this research was questionnaire. Result: The results of the analysis of the attitude of pretest mothers respondents received a minimum value of 5 and a maximum of 12 which means there are mothers who have bad attitudes and after the posttest respondents received a minimum value of 10 and a maximum of 12 which means there is an increase in attitude with a value of p value = 0,000. From the results of the analysis of the knowledge of the pretest mothers the respondents obtained a minimum value of 5 and a maximum of 11 and after being given health education using power points and flip-sheets respondents received a minimum value of 5 and a maximum of 11 with a value of p value = 0,000. Conclusion: There is an influence of health education in power point media and flipcharts on the level of knowledge and attitudes of mothers in increasing the visit of posyandu toddlers at desa Rimba Sari.
